Research On Function Mechanism And Evolution Promotion Of Technology Integration Capability Orienting To Integration Innovation

Technology integration capability is the endogenous power of technology integration and its capability would have a direct inflence on the effect of integration implementation. Technology integration capacity, major source of forming integration innovation competitive edge for enterprises in modern times, has been paid great attention gradually by decision makers and administration of enterprises. Scholars have got certain research acheivement on technology integration capability, but few of them consider it as core of th research and giving further exploration. Most of the researches only consider it as the engogenous power of technology integration while they are discussing technology integration theories, in other words, the researches are only carried out on the surface. This situation lays a theoryless foundation for the improvement, and it also leads to undesirable integratetion results in some of the enterprises and serious hinder the process of enterprises innovation and integration innovation. Whereas, in this paper, the focus is operational mechanism and improvement of enterprises-oriented integration innovation. This paper will give out theoretical and practical countermeasures to Chinese enterprises in order to help them to realise the effect of technology integration capability and the importance of reinforce integrated management by way of analyzing connotation, dimensions, operational mechanism, evolution mechanism, assessment and improving strategies of enterprises’ technology integration capability systematically.At the first part of this paper, relevant researches on enterprises technology integration are reviewed, and connotation of technology integration innovation is put forward in a dynamic way. It also points out the features of technology integration capability which are abstractness, dynamics, additive and systematicness. Then, basing on the dimensions of information, learning and techn ology, technology integration capability is comprised of technology monitoring capability, technology learning capability and technology system integration capability. And the connotations of three dimensions are defined. Theoretical relationships between dynamic capability and competitive advantage is used for reference while founding an analytical framwork for operational mechanism theory model of technology integration capability,introducing the organization flexible into the analytical framework and analyzing operating degree of technology integration capability. On the basis of explaining analyses framework, the paper also founds theoretical model for technology integration operational mechanism from the view of enterprises technology integration capability, discusses the impact of integration capability generated from technology monitoring capability, technology learning capability and technology system integration capability, analyzes operational route of the three dimensions and points out a hypothesis that technology integration capability migh have effect on integrative innovation mechnism. Measurement scales are developed for every variables basing on a large research sample, and reliability and effectiveness of these scales were tested in a small range. It is found that these measurement scales are of great reliability and applicability.Data were collected through questionnaire and are used to testify technology integration capability through correlation analysis, regression analysis and SEM. The research results show that technology monitoring capability, technology learning capability and technology system integration capability have great inflence on integration innovation efficiency. Three dimensions of technology integration capability are influential on one another and set an internal function path for technology integration capability. Detail of the path is technology monitoring capability → technology learning capability → technology system integration capability. When technology system integration accumulates to a certain level, it will react to technology monitoring capability and technology integration capability will improve in this loop. In addition, organization flexible as a semi-monitoring variable monitor in a positive manner between technology integration capability and integration innovation. Function mechanism model is revealed and improved by empirica analysis method.In order to reveal the formation and development of technology integration capability further, this paper applies Life Science into the evolution of technology integration capability and points out that the scale of technology integration capability depends on its own DNA which has double coiled spiral structure which create a life model for enterprises’ technology integration capability. The model is used to study the process of technology integration capability evolution and decompose features of every stage in the evolution process. Combined with organizatonal routine theory, function mechanism of technology inte gration capability is studied and internal factors of evolution and function mechanism is elaborated in detail. It points out that the integration processes of enterprises are influenced by replication mechanism, variation mechanism and recombination mechanism which facilitate the evolution of technology integration capability in a disciplinary and directional way. Compelled by internal power, three abilities are interconnected, intercoupling and changing and growing in a certain standard and a integral improvement of technology integration capability is going to realise eventually.Finally, AHP –TOPSIS is used to evaluate technology integration capability on the basis of setting up technology integration capability evaluation model,the paper discusses the reasons for differences in the evaluation and guides enterprises in finding their deficiency. Meanwhile, the case study is used to verify the applicability of the evaluation model and reveal the evolution process of capability. At the same time, promoting ways and countermeasures of technology integration capability is listed on the basis of evolution of intrinsic motivation and element function mechanism. It will provide some theoretical reference for enterprises with improving organization flexible and optimizing integration innovation mechnism, thereby help Chinese enterprise complete technology leapfrog-development and obtain sustainable competitive advantage.
