On The Ruling Principle: "The Full And Free Development Of Every Individual"

This thesis is an attempt to give an explanation for the ruling principle:"The full and free development of every individual". As a civilian, laborer is not only the freeman, but also a right-owner whose basic rights are ownership, democracy-right and freedom-right.The basic principle is regulated from the point of view in the relationship of individual rights and leadership. On the view of Marx, as soon as laborers try to establish socialism society, their individual rights derive and gather the public rights, which are exercised by the public organizations to derive leadership. Leadership includes economic leadership, political leadership and cultural leadership. The inner contradiction of Socialism is the contradiction of individual rights and leadership. The main side of the contradiction is individual rights, and the miner side is leadership. Then the ruling principle includes three sides:First, the economic principle of individual ownership and common hold: individual ownerships derive and gather economic leadership, and to"re-establish individual property"to restrict and supervise economic leadership, so that to realize individual ownerships. The inner contradiction of the public economy is the contradiction of individual ownerships and economic leadership. The main side of the contradiction is individual ownerships, and the miner side is economic leadership.Second, the political principle of individual democracy and common management: individual democracy-rights derive and gather political leadership, establish democracy-politics to restrict and supervise political leadership, so that to realize individual democracy-rights. The inner contradiction of the democracy-politics is the contradiction of individual democracy-rights and political leadership. The main side of the contradiction is individual democracy-rights, and the miner side is political leadership.Third, the cultural principle of individual freedom and common development: individual freedom-rights derive and gather cultural leadership, and to establish"the association of free men"to restrict and supervise cultural leadership, so that to realize individual freedom-rights. The inner contradiction of"the association of free men"is the contradiction of individual freedom-rights and cultural leadership. The main side of the contradiction is individual freedom-rights, and the miner side is cultural leadership.From probing into the relationship of individual rights and leadership, the writer regulates the ruling principle, analyses the inner contradictions of the public economy, the democracy-politic and"the association of free men", in order to provide a new point of view to establish the socialism harmonious society.
