For everything in the universe, if you follow its source, you will find the reason. Just as water will run forever if you dredge the channel and keep the water running. Likewise, only when you have really understood the origin of The Book of Changes can you grasp the essential and get its pith.When Fuxi ruled China, people had formed the concepts of the year, the month, the day, and the four seasons by watching the changes of the Heavenly bodies, withering and the growth of grass and trees, the alternation of cold and heat, and the natural phenomena of fog, dew, frost, snow and so on. For example, by watching Big Dipper, Chinese ancient had found that spring is for sowing, summer for growing, autumn for harvesting, and winter for storing. People have had a rule to follow in their lives. But all these things are superficial natural phenomena. Behind such superficial phenomena there must be something more profound and more universal hidden, only that can be said to be the true meaning of the universe. It turns out the true meaning is hidden in the people's practice of watching the natural changes and allocating time accordingly as described by the saying "Set up a pole to measure its shadow, so as to determine the farming seasons. " The ancient had already detected its profound mystery from the functional level. Because the symbolism of Zhou Yi itself intension self-sustaining, this paper will only quotes the modern Semiotics theory as the tool of symbolic construction of Zhou Yi to think of the circumstantial evidence. This paper will probe into Zhou Yi depend on both Chinese Philosophy and western philosophy.The key standpoint herein is:Structural change of universal things is typically the motion of matter wonderful most. It is apt to study symbolism and mode of thinking of symbol to form Book of Changes—Appendices of the Book of Changes. If use semiotics way of thinking to read Wang Bi's original works, can find Zhou Yi Lue Li precise and penetrating Semiology explain to Zhou Yi, as can absolve some great pain for Wang Bi. Finally, this paper introduces several religious doctrine given by Diamond Sutra, to prove that symbolic space is just the symbolic philosophy property of Zhou Yi.
