Agricultural industrialization in China is renovation in agricultural management mechanism and organizational pattern. It is a market-oriented economic community, which shares the common risks as well as common interests. It is based on the household contract management, which combined leading enterprise and supporting organization with farmer, by the means of contract, order for goods and joint-stock company. It integrates production with sale as the operation strategy in the intact industry process of pre-production, while-production and post-production. A resource scheme optimized in agricultural management mode is obtained which is characteristic of organic industrialization, reciprocal promotion and benefit complementarity. With more than ten years exploration and development of agricultural industrialization in China, great effect has been made in research into its theory and practice, however, there are still some problems which affect it to develop in depth. The dissertation, on the basis of the previous research in this field and under theory support of economics, investigates further the composing factors, evaluation system, development mode, benefit mechanism, capital management, management administration, experience and revelation of developed countries concerning agricultural industrialization. This dissertation is expected to provide reference for government instructing the agricultural industrialization.Chapter 1 elucidates the origin of agricultural industrialization. The implications, basic characters, current condition of development and remaining problems of agricultural industrialization are analysed.Chapter 2 states the theoretical basis of agricultural industrialization. And basic characters of elementary phase, pullulating phase, consummate phase of agricultural industrialization.Chapter 5 discusses the organizational forms and managing mode of agricultural industrialization. The rules of agricultural industrialization management are given. It mainly discusses five development modes including leading business-oriented type, cooperation-oriented type, company plus medium-oriented type, market-oriented, modern agricultural synthetical development area-oriented.
