Study On Mechanism And Regulation Of Regional Land Use Change Based On DAYE County

The study of land use and land cover change has become the core issue in research area of global environmental change and sustainable development. China is a developing country that has more population and relatively less land, and has prominent contradiction between ecological environment and development. Nowadays, a lot of problem of sustainable development in china has internal and inevitable contact with land use change. Therefore, study of mechanism and regulation on land use change has important theory value and reality significance to work out policies and measures, which can preserve sustainable land use and sustainable development.This dissertation probes into the mechanism and regulation of regional land use change with an example of DAYE county, which has typical and representative significance by combining theory with practice. The contents of the dissertation can be divided into three parts as follows:First of all, based upon summarizing the current situation of land use change research at home and abroad, the dissertation generalizes the basic theories on study of mechanism and regulation of land use change, including theories of system, theories of control, theories of the relation between human and ground, theories of sustainable development, and expounds the use of RS and GIS in land use change research.Secondly, through analyzing the land use current situation statically, and the temporal and spatial land-use-change dynamically, the dissertation analyses the basic mechanism of nature and environment, the directive mechanism of social-economic development, the decision mechanism of land use change from the standpoints of regional land use system. After that, the dissertation constructs the analysis frame and indicators system of comprehensive evaluation about sustainable land use change based upon the connection between land use change and development, and evaluates the sustainability of DAYE land use change.Finally, from the standpoints of aim of sustainable land use, and based upon analyzing the practical effect of current policies and measures to land use regulation, the dissertation points out the cut-in point of policies and measures to sustainable land use, and puts forward to some specific countermeasures to the regulation of sustainable land use in DAYE county.
