The sustainable use of land based on continuously maintaining and improving the ecological environment of land use can keep and increase the benefits of land use, and make land renew. The sustainable use of land has the important and strategic position to the national economy of the district. The study on land use/cover change and sustainable land-use has significance to promote healthy development of national economy and sustainable development of land use.The paper selects ZhangZhou city as research area, some features of land use and its changes in structure in ZhangZhou city are studied .
