Research On Developing Circulation Economy In BOSITENG Lake Region

In this dissertation, both ecology values and sustainable development standpoint are taken as guiding ideology and efficient allocation and sustainable utilization of developing circulation in BOSITENG lake region regarded as aim. Proceed from the principle of giving consideration to efficiency and fairness, the dissertation focuses discussion on the principal problems of developing circulation in BOSITENG lake region by applying comprehensively the knowledge of all sorts of disciplines and all kinds of research measures. By this research, a brand-new and efficient regime and fundamental model of developing circulation in BOSITENG lake region is to be built under the fundamental system framework determined by laws and regulations in force, and practical countermeasures and theoretical guidance are provided for the reform and practice of developing circulation in BOSITENG lake region. The dissertation includes eight chapters. First, based on analyzing and defining of the meanings and fundamental characteristics of developing circulation, the necessity and feasibility of its exercise in developing circulation in BOSITENG lake region in detail, and then the main aims should be realized and the fundamental principles should be replied are expounded clearly. Furthermore, in view of the present situation and main problems of developing circulation in BOSITENG lake region are discussed and approached thoroughly, and some concrete countermeasures are put forward accordingly. Throught a case study of the Wetlands restoration and pulp&paper industry is done in the dissertation and give suggestiones about builting eco-industrial parks. Finally, the main conclusions and new ideas of the dissertation are summarized in brief and some suggestions to the further research are offered.
