Game Of The E-government Information Resource Sharing System

Since 90th of 20th century, on the one hand, the whole world is paying more attention to informatization, due to the penetration of computer and network technology into people's daily lives with the more speed; within the construction of e-government, the share of effective e-government information is becoming the emphasis of the whole informatization. On the other hand, with the development of reform aiming at building market economy regime, game theory is applied more practically in the construction of economy. Research of share of e-government information using game theory is very theoretic and realistic.This paper put forward the theoretic model of "e-government information share system ", and scanned the system from the perspectives of traits, operation principle, evaluation index and flow analysis. Then we used game theory to analyze issues within Intra G-G, Extra G-G, and probed into the effectiveness of information flow within Intra G-G, Extra G-G under the control of "invisible hand", as well as key taches influencing share of information. At last, based on the result of game theory analysis, we advanced a 3-dimension systematic improving solution, which are " 1 basis, 2 guarantee, 3 moves", in order to accelerate information share within Intra G-G and Extra G-G.
