Inner-party democracy is the inherent principles for the party's survival and development in modern society. Nowadays of China, the Communist Party of China(CPC) leading position on society and the central role for social development makes the construction and development of inner-party democracy of the Communist Party of China beyond the scope of the construction of political parties, it has become into the major strategic problem concerned with the construction and development of the party and country. In the construction of democratic politics of China, the strategy that inner-party democracy and people's democratic development promote each other fully illustrates these.
