To conduct efficient cooperative research and further development among teachers is not only the requirement of social transformation but also the reality pursuitof the educational reform. With an appropriate pace abreast of the development of the time, the study on the constructing of the ideal community for research and further development among teachers responds positively to harmonic educational thoughts and orients at the practice itself.The study first reviewed and discussed thoroughly the Organization of Cooperative Research and Further-development among Teachers which is in state of cooperation at present, by means of classifying the Organization of Cooperative Research and Further-development among Teachers and seeing through the problems from various aspects. Furthermore, the study redefines the core of community through the way of establishment of a creative community and the modern replacement of the significance of community.
