To conduct efficient cooperative research and further development among teachers is not only the requirement of social transformation but also the reality pursuitof the educational reform. With an appropriate pace abreast of the development of the time, the study on the constructing of the ideal community for research and further development among teachers responds positively to harmonic educational thoughts and orients at the practice itself.The study first reviewed and discussed thoroughly the Organization of Cooperative Research and Further-development among Teachers which is in state of cooperation at present, by means of classifying the Organization of Cooperative Research and Further-development among Teachers and seeing through the problems from various aspects. The purpose is to solve the problem that the organization for cooperative research and further-development among teachers should have exerted their effects.In the constructive process of the Community for Cooperative Research and Further Development among Teachers (CCRDT), we should absorb the quintessence of 'Harmony is valuable','Harmony produces matters','Harmonious but different' and so on from the harmonious-cooperative culture, probe into harmonious essence and basic principle, abide by its rules of integral harmony, orderly symmetry, harmonious-cooperative collaboration, balanced interaction, etc, and also acquire the inspiration from the modernized study of harmony theory's logical system in order to lay the solid theoretical foundation and play a logically supporting role for constructing the Community for Cooperative Research and Further Development among Teachers. Furthermore, the study redefines the core of community through the way of establishment of a creative community and the modern replacement of the significance of community. This study approached to the effectiveness of the Community for Cooperative Research and Further Development among Teachers, refered to the aim the function and the significance of it and pointed out its functions which are information exchange, ethical constraints and social reinforcement.In the mean time, the cooperatives educational study should be paid close attention to.The exploration advances the professional development, optimizes the knowledge structure, improves the reflection ability and is beneficial to the healthy mental development of teachers.It promotes the cultivation of team spirit and the character development of students, and also attributes to optimizing the managing pattern, carrying out new curriculum concept, encouraging schools to organize study, setting up learning school as well as launching the integrated teacher education methods. we put forward the way of harmony in "inside harmony and outside smooth", "harmony generates vitality" and "harmonious but different".The core of study is to design for ideal Community for Cooperative Research and Further Development among Teachers, mainly including design idea,supporting aspects,Constitution factors, generating process.The way of pursing the cultural background and the source of power of the Community for Cooperative Research and Further Development among Teachers.can be divided into five parts,namely, the community standard features of traditional culture; the cultural context of teachers'cooperation; multidimensional cultural connotation; multiculturalism atmosphere and wholeness of cultural foundationTo probe into the application of theory in practice, this research analyzes some specific cases---"Tin Ka Ping Foundation Chongqing English Teacher Training Program" which aims at testing its feasibility and availability through authentication.The Community for Cooperative Research and Further Development among Teachers lays stress on cultural drive and more pluralistic membership composition. It also attaches importance to embedded interaction and continuous cultural transmission among the members. The Community pays closer attention to intergenerational connection and multilevel participation. It provides more opportunities to advanced study whose content is ample.
