Though it has been a long time to research on the sports anemia from the sports symptom was found in 1881, athletes' sports level even sports career is often restricted because of it. Examining lately and lacking systemic research are one of the key ways to solve this question. This essay is mainly about the comparative research on the formation of marrow erythrocytes and the changes of peri-erythrocytes during exercise of progressive loading to find the rule of the Changes of Erythrocytes' metabolism, to directly get the information and take measures in time from the typical parameters changes of peri-erythrocytes; and open out the application of these indexes such as sTfR and reticulocyte parameters in sports medicine in order to open up a simple and practical way to prevention and cure sports anemia. It also provides the comparative research on several major functions of erythrocytes in sports anemia and presents a new thinking angle of detailing the research on the mechanism of sports anemia.Through the systemic research on the Changes of erythrocytes' metabolism during rats' 7-week treadmill exercise of progressive loading ,we got the main results as following: At the beginning of sport, the marrow blood-making reaction which is quickened and strengthened by the sport stimulation recovers after meeting the oxygen demand of the body, and the symbolic quota features are: HGB,RBC,HCT increases, Ret% stays in high amount,LFR and HFR respectively stays in higher and lower level than the nornal ones; without haemolysis, sTfRis a reliable quota for diagnosing iron deficient erythocytes in marrow. It is more sensitive than HEP and also, it can measure the degree of the deficiency after the exhaustion of stored iron; During the sports hemolysis without iron deficiency, sTfR can directly reflects the formation of marrow erythrocytes, which is highly consistent with marrow erythrocytes's TFR-mRNA presentation, and the changes of serum Epo primarily reflects the tendeney of the formation of marrow erythrocytes.During the primary period of sport, when SF reduces but the level of STFR remains the same,it is probably that the sport-caused high-level blood capacity reaction takes place instead of reducing of iron reserue; when CHr, CVr reduce while Retic%, Retic# and the detailed parameters of them remains the same ,or SF reduces and sTfR increases, It is the hint of iron deficient erythrocyte deformation. when CVr increases, Retic%, Retic# and the detailed parameters of them changes (mainly HFR increases), while CHr remains the same, or SF remains the same and sTfR increases, It clues on that Erythrocyte hemolysis happens; The change level of HDW, HDWr and RDW, RDWr can help Us indirectly get the understanding the degree of iron deficient erythrocyte deformation and erythrocyte hemolytic. In the beginning, at the situation of high blood volume, if the blood glucose sufficient, the erythrocytic function of making ATP by glucose is normal, the free radical and the anti-free radical of the rat basicly keep balanced, erythrocytic deforming ability is not influenced greatly; while the erythrocytic function of making ATP degenerates in sport iron deficient erythrocyte formation and hemolysis, especially the former; and the vitalities of anti-free radical reduce greatly in blood, liver and Erythrocyte, the reducement of liver SOD vitality in the former and erythrocyte SOD vitality in the latter are more obvious, and the total blood SOD amounts reduce identically; The erythrocytic deforming ability reduces greatly too, but there is no obvious difference between the two groups, but the tendency of the inner-mechanism may be different needing to researching deeply later.
