Study On The Contemporary Chinese University Autonomy Management System

The dissertation demonstrates the rationality of the Chinese university autonomy from the implications of university, and also put forwards and works out the envisagement of exterior and Internal management system of the Chinese university on autonomy. It bases on the methodology of historical and dialectical materialism, on the development and evolution of the university of china within more than one hundred years, historical and documentary analysis, illustration, contrast, investigation and inner-logic as well. The whole dissertation consists of six chapters.The first chapter-preface-makes a systematic exposition of the theoretical value and the practical significance of this dissertation, and expounds topic selection, object establishment, method employment and the foundations of this research. The conclusion of this dissertation is that the traditions make university prolong such as university autonomy, academic freedom, humanistic sprits, etc. have universality can be used for blazing new ideas of the Chinese modern university management system. It also analyses the gain and loss of university autonomy. Chapter two searches the principles and foundations of the university autonomy of our country from jurisprudence, pedagogy and economics, and raises the basis of sociology about the university autonomy. Chapter three points out the problems, opportunities of the Chinese modern university management on the developmental orbit and evolution of the management system of the university of china. It also predicts the era of engaging-university and explains the reform and development trend of our university . Chapter four and five are the main body of the dissertation. It analyses the trend of the pluralistic main bodies and the interrelated factors which influences the development of our university. It clarifies the communication mechanism of university, and form the exterior management system of interrelated and mutually motion among the government, university, and society.
