The main proposes of this study are (a) to explore the efficiency of high school students' thinking strategies training of chemical problem solving, (b) to explore the training methods for high school students'chemical problem solving capability (c) to provide new views for the training of capabilities and the change of teaching methods in the new basal education reformation on course and teaching, (d) to provide the basis for the development and breakthrough of high school chemical network curricula, and (e) to supply chemical teaching examples for educational psychology to study domain problem solving and thinking. This study made a literature review on problem and problem solving, thinking and thinking strategies, newtwork curricula and network study, and capability training. This study aimed to solve 4 problems as follows:(1) What is the status of high school students' chemical study in the environment of new basal education reformation on course and teaching? What are the main factors to influence high school students' chemical problem solving capabilities?(2) To induce the different thinking strategies to solve chemical problems.(3 )To investigate the efficiency and influential factors of short term training of thinking strategies of chemical problem solving in traditional classroom and in network environment.(4) To investigate the methods to maintain the efficiency of thinking strategies training of chemical problem solving in network environment. For the above proposes, on the basis of preliminary experiment, 6 studies are designed to solved the above problems, including 2 investigations, 3 oral report experiments, and 5 teaching experiments..Study 1 used a questionnaire on 949 high school students to investigate the current deficiencies of chemical teaching and learning in high schools. Based on the influential factors of the development of high school students' chemical problem solving capabilities, an open questionnaire was used on 22 chemical...
