E-education began in the 1980s in China and has been there for more than 20 years of development history. Since the beginning of this century, E-education showed a trend of rapid development, not only the mount of research literature, but also the total investment. Currently, in the back of prosperity, E-education theory also difficult to overcome the problems such as information technology deeply involved into education.In the technical perspective, E-education main concern educational software, educational information system, e-learning model issues. But we paid little attention to the principle of teaching/learning theory and the being in the cyberspace. Therefore, the cause of E-education is the technical Perspective.According to the research of e-education history in the past 20 years, The study of e-education major concerns learning resources and learning process of design, development, management and use of ICT. The technical perspective hide behind. The Technical Perspective of E-education research is characterized by: e-education aims to enhance the efficiency of educational activities; the essence of e-education is as a tool in education application; value orientation is "Technology Center"; Subjects of e-education are learning resources and learning process of design, development and application model.Education is social activities which to influence awareness of the physical and mental development of people. Education is the study of how bring up people like to be independent, self-improvement, self-reliance.E-education is the core conditions of how bring up by ICT. So, the research of E-education must move from the technical perspective to pedagogy. The essence of E-education is the development of student in the cyberspace. It includes three levels of study: First, to research being and moral issues in cyberspace by philosophy; Second, to research the theory of educational curriculum, teaching/learning and evaluation by science; Third, to research the teaching model and evaluation model by technology.
