Study On Coach's Basic Teaching And Coaching Skills And Training Model In Theory

According to basic material of"China Sports Coach′s Post Training Teaching Material", developing course of Coach′s professional competence of teaching and coaching and some material of coach′s post training at home and abroad, this paper use approach of material studying, substance analyzing, statistics, comparative method, logical analyzing to make a systematic study and establish a post training model of Chinese coach′s basic teaching and coaching skills, contents, method and effective evaluation in both theory and practice and to put forward a proposal about China sports coach′s post training teaching work.Following are the results of studying:1.To study and classify the coach′s basic teaching and coaching skills.2.To put forward a plan of coach′s basic teaching and coaching skills training including formulating and organizing of the plan, training skills being affirmed, learning theories, defining the standard of skills training and training measures.3.
