Teachers' culture is one of the intrinsic drive and the main ideological support to teachers' development in their profession, but the research on it is very lack for a long time. This paper discusses several important issues about the collaborative teacher's culture of secondary school and it helps to promote the resources-sharing and advantages-complementing among teachers in the new era, so as to drive the professional development of teachers themselves. The right direction and inner polymeric power on values and way of behavior among teachers can be realized. Many psychological problems and cultural confliction can also be released through pure-hearted co-operation, therefore the professional development of teachers is impelled. This study bases on the traditional concept of culture and its influence, the meaning of collaborative teacher's culture, the deficiencies of the relevant studies, nationally and internationally, as the logic starting point, and elaborates the collaborative teachers' culture of secondary school from different views primarily based on the Theory of organizational culture, Theory of Symbolic Interaction and Theory of Groups Dynamics. Meanwhile, the study which enriches the theory of teachers' development offers a reference to the advancement of teacher group through analyzing the main factors that influence the collaborative teachers' culture of secondary school in China, and workable strategies are suggested.The paper consists of five parts:...
