At present, our country is locating in the transforms from Examination - oriented education system to Education for all - round development。 In this process, the teacher is an important factor。 Teachers' culture of a school is the environment of teachers' development, as the collectivity of teachers' action criterions, occupational consciousness and values, it affects the teachers' teaching and the development of school, students and teachers themselves。 So, researching teachers' culture is a special visual angle to realize Education for all - round development。 Students' developments depend on teachers, especially the collectivity of teachers, and all - round development of all the students need all teachers' effort and paying out。 Constructing collaborative teachers' culture is very important to Education for all - round development。According the document research, this study starts from the conception of culture, actually it is the process to understand individualism teachers' culture and collaborative teachers' culture。 On the base of the theory construction, this study starts from the culture conflict, and review the actuality of teachers' culture 。 During the confliction, teachers agree the new educational conceptions, and teachers' culture has the character of collaboration, but in practice individualism still is the obvious character, and incarnates on the teachers' conception of student, teaching and themselves。On the basis of describing the reality, this study deeply pondered the reason why individualism teachers' culture is rooted, and why it is hard to construct collaborative teachers' culture。 About the confliction of education culture, limitations of negative school culture and absence of teachers' subjective, this study tried to bring forward some suggestions how to promote the realization of collaborative teachers' culture。...
