The thesis is a conclusion of the study, which is about kindergarteners' professional identification. In order to probe into the structure factor and key theme on professional identification of kindergarteners', the study adopted the main-assist circle mixed method research and chose kindergarteners' in Jiangsu province as the objects of the study.Based on literature research,interview data and expert opinion, by using Factor analysis and Confirmatory analysis method, the author has worked out "The Questionnaire of professional identification of kindergarten teacher ", which is adopting to measure the professional identification with vivid structure, good reliability and validity. The six structure factors are Aim affirming, emotion seeking, devotion desiring, competent efficiency , promise persisting, collective sustaining.We use a data that consisting of 604 kindergarteners in six city zone on Jiangsu province to analyze their professional identification, the conclusions are as following: First of all, overall appraisal of professional identification is positive and disequilibrium. Secondly, there is obvious difference on the leval of professional identification with professional development and the title of a technical post. Finally, the interaction of self-orientation on professional growing phases and working significance, seeking-job motivation and educational attention have affected professional identification.Based on corresponding result on quantitative research, the author has taken a portrait research to three teachers: there is individual diversity on manifested character of the structure factors of professional identification in different professional growing phases . And the result validate that the above factors is really existent individually. Then, the three conclusions we drawed are as follows: firstly, the good teacher role model is conformed by the six structure factors; secondly, the structure factors is arising by gradual changing, floor-and-floor style; lastly, there has different level of professional identification of the three teachers.To further discuss the construction of professional identification of kindergarteners, the author found there three key theme in professional identification in different professional growing phases by using crisis situation, teacher metaphor, behavior intention and experience pedigree as basic analyzed concept. That is as following : self-determination choice in uncertain role-orientation about teacher-children relationship; self-determination conclusion in disagree assumed responsibility about teacher-parents relationship: self-determination affirmation in faintness limited-role about colleague relationship.Aiming at the above research, the author reflects on the methods, the problem, the values and the researcher herself in the study. At the end of this paper is the suggestion of involved in the study.
