What is the relationship between the children's play and children's culture? What value does the play has regarding children's culture? This is the issue to be paid close attention and discussed in this paper. The phenomenon of play exists in the higher animal, and play is one of the most noticeable activities in children's lives. This research firstly carried on the thinking on the play and the children's culture from the perspective of philosophy, which will be helpful to understand more deeply the essence of play. Based upon the analysis and summary of the previous studies, the concept of "play" and "culture" was elaborated from the different levels. This research think children's culture is an intrinsic spirit and its external performance which the child community altogether has. Children's culture has its own characteristics, and it is different from the adult's. The play is playing a vital role in the production of children's culture. The play has bred not only human culture, but also children's culture. Children obtained multitudinous "firsts" in play. It makes it possible for them to explore their dreams; it provides them with the optimum platform to realize their dreams. Play itself is actually a most important content in children's culture. Children obtain their existence by playing, and produce their unique culture. The children can inherit the civilization by the extremely natural way from the play. They may also create their own culture in the game by the most exciting way. In the play children know and accept themselves, and become powerful members of different social classes in the game. The individual of different characteristics finally form a powerful culture community.Now the society more and more pays attention to the children. Influence of children's culture expands day by day. Actually, the preschool education organization has played a unique role in safeguarding children's play rights and supporting children to grow. But, currently children's culture also faces the unprecedented crisis. It is facing the vigor flaw and the variation predicament. Along with the social ecological environment changing, children's play is facing the crisis of disappearance. Many children still cannot obtain the true respect and understanding; unsuitable adult culture creates the corrosion to children's culture; unsuitable media intensifies variation of children's culture.The adult, especially parents and the teacher who accompanies the child, is playing a vital role in reconstructing children's culture. The adult should be the protector of children's culture. The adult should learn sincerely from the children, learn to respect and understand them, and cultivates their independent spirits. The adult should enable the play to truly become children's basic right. In order to enable each child to realize the dream in the game, the children need to have the time, the space, the material and the energy for the game. They need to have the absolute support to the play from the adult, need multitudinous game choices and need the adult's attention and devoted guidance. Only then, the play can become the true play, children's culture will be able to be reconstructed, children's play and children's culture can be continuously filled with vitality and vigor.
