A new curriculum reform is to initiate the constructible learning, promoting the educational character. Inquiry based leaning is one of the core spirits in the character of the education, whose aim is changing the ability of emphasizing to accept the knowledge, initiating the students to participate actively, to investigate happily and to practice often bythemselves, cultivating them to collect and deal with the new information, acquire the newknowledge, analyze and solve the problems. It also teaches the students to communicate with others. This thesis is based on the background of initiating the educational character in the curriculum reform all over the country. The author tries to think over the theory of theinquiry learning about Chinese subject according to the basic factor in the region of LongNan, hoping to find the realistically meaning in the new curriculum reform of the foundational education.The dissertation applies historical literature method , comparison method and case analysis method. Based on the expounding of key word, and analysis from several angles including learning and teaching,the author made a systematic and comorehensive discuss on the several correlated thesis,such as meaning of inquiry based learning of Chinese language, theoretical basis, rationale of inquiry based learning of Chinese language,insitructional design strategy.The dissertation includes six chapters:Chapter One offers a brief review of the producing background and development of inquiry based learning.Chapter two explores the theoretical basis of inquiry based learning of Chinese languge .Through analysis the knowledge view of Chinese language curriculum, practicality of Chinese language curriculum and Openness of Chinese language curriculum, we have a clear understanding of the theoretical basis of inquiry based learning of Chinese languge.Chapter three explores the rationale of inquiry based learning of Chinese language. Based on the review of the producing background and development of inquiry based learning, the dissertation discusses deeply and comprehensively the Concept and Connotation of inquiry based learning of Chinese languge. Whereafter, the dissertation analyzes the Psychological Conditions of inquiry based learning of Chinese languge.Chapter four analyzes three types of reading-oriented inquiry based learning: understand the text, critical reading and creative reading.Chapter Five discusses whole language inquiry based learning. Use for reference from the whole language theory, the dissertation analyzes another type of inquiry based learning of Chinese language and suggests three types of operation model.Chapter Six centers on insitructional design strategy of inquiry based learning of Chinese language...
