In the end, this article points out that the real circumstances Chinese universities being faced require the strategic management activities dedicate to integral transform of existence modes, dedicate to dynamic updating of universities' development mechanism, and make strategic shift from present to the future by practicing tactics of external adjustment and internal advancement. Specifically speaking, that is, by constructing the ecological space survival and development of students in university consciously and keeping exchange with external, to enable the university to innovate independently in the social system. At the same time, through innovating the culture, management structure and subject level, keeping the inner system of university dynamic balance consciously, preventing bureaucratism and organizational inertia from corroding the organism, the sustainable growth of the university will be there.
