At present, our country’s higher education is facing the most complexenvironment for sixty years, and is being in the midst of the development. Universityhas ended for survival and development of the "rest easy" era and come into the era ofstrategy to win. University is under the dual role of external changes in pressure andinner logic development to become prosperity and development, so it must be carriedout by the strategic management ability of the university President and strategicmanagement.
