Research On The Development Of Strategic Of Zaozhuang University

The competition of global economic integration has been formed and china’s economic system structure is changed accordingly. Production technology is no longer a single experience but to comprehensive combination of theory and technology. Knowledge and technology intensive industries increased year by year makes the demand for the characteristics of diversity talents. Society needs a large number of advanced applied talents to satisfy the sustainable development of economy. In this context, the cultivation of applied talents becomes a hot topic of higher education research. Recently by the ministry of education issued the "national medium and long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)," clearly put forward in the higher education to meet the needs of national and regional economic and social development, set up a dynamic adjustment mechanism. Constantly optimize the structure of higher education and promoting multidisciplinary cross and integration, focus on expanding applied compound skilled personnel training scale. It shows that our country has pay attention to the development of applied undergraduate education, and cultivates applied talents as the development trend of higher education.This thesis is divided into seven chapters. First introduced some strategic management knowledge and do specific analysis of the strategic management role in the development of colleges and universities. And uses the literature material method, to analyze the advanced managerial experience of some application-oriented colleges and universities, and get the conclusion from the successful experience. Next use case analysis method, through the external environment and internal environment analysis of Zaozhuang University. Through the SWOT analysis to find the advantages and disadvantages of university’s opportunities and threats, do reasonable setting of Zaozhuang university development strategy and make an overall development strategy of Zaozhuang University. And find some methods in order to realize the overall strategy and goals of this university’s development strategy. For example: strengthening the management of human resources, and improve the teaching quality of education beside those to improve the international cooperation and exchanges, strengthen quality management from several aspects such as set up the office of the strategic implementation of protection and measures.In this paper, hope to the development strategy of Zaozhuang University as an example to provide some reference for scientific development of Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities in our country. At the same time cultivate high-quality, high skill, compound talents for China’s modernization construction.
