Since 1980s, global higher education has stepped into a quality-pursuit age. In 1996, UNESCO issued a document on the innovation and development of higher education, adopting"quality, pertinence and internationalization"as the thematic words of higher education. In the stressful employment situation resulted from international financial crisis, the whole society is pressing for improving enterprise education quality to increase job opportunities, thus making enterprise education quality evaluation a hot issue in current education theory and practice. Nevertheless, the current quality evaluation system in China with"school satisfaction"standard is hard to truly and completely reflect the condition of social demand. Consequently, to overcome the drawback of"school-satisfaction"evaluation system, it is necessary to develop college enterprise education quality evaluation system oriented towards social demand, which is of great theoretical and practical significance for enhancing the healthy development of Chinese enterprise education.Based on QFD college enterprise education quality evaluation, the research focuses of this dissertation includes:Firstly, We introduce QFD theory into the field of college enterprise education quality evaluation. As a design-oriented quality control method based on structure formation, the basic procedure of QFD includes: enrollment propaganda (commercial advertisement)—enrollment (raw material introduction)—campus education (manufacture and production)—graduation assessment (product examination)—graduation assignment (product circulation)—employers'management and feedback of graduates (after-sale quality service).Secondly, We devise QFD-based college enterprise education quality evaluation system. This system consists of two sub-systems, five first-level indexes, 16 second-level indexes and 57 third-level indexes. It also comprises such aspects as organization support, enterprise education environment, teaching activity, students, extending enterprise education activity, etc.Thirdly, We establish QFD-based DEA-AHP-FAHP comprehensive college enterprise education quality evaluation model. According to QFD-based quality evaluation, we adopt the advantages of such methods as DEA, AHP and FAHP. Then we propose a DEA-AHP-FAHP comprehensive evaluation method: to adopt DEA method in selecting input-output index in dominant and non-dominant index system; to adopt AHP method in calculating the second-level index in dominant indexes; to adopt AHP method in confirming the weights of dominant, non-dominant and second-level indexes; then to work out the general index weights, so as to comprehensively evaluate enterprise education quality.Fourthly, We carry out model analysis by using QFD-based evaluation system and DEA-AHP-FAHP evaluation model. After performing evaluation analysis of enterprise education quality in some colleges in Shandong province.
