Study On Environmental Impact Issues Of Industry Produce Based Entropy

As an economic activity, industry production has the most and direct influence on the environment. The environmental protection of industry production is very important to the achievement of the sustainable development. It is the certaint trendency to pursue a green industrial development mode according to the requirement of sustainable development, of which the input, the production process and the products of industry correspond with the needs the living environment quality of human being. As one of the important bases for decisions of industrial environmental protection, the study on the environmental of industrial production is an importat key content of the studies of industrial sustainable development.This paper has made studies on the relevant subjects of environmental influence in the process of industrial production based on the relevant theoretical foundations of thermodynamics, economics, environics bionomics and so on taking the system of industrial production as the object and the entropy increase of the influence of industrial production on the environment as the method of study. It try to resolve the problems as follow: the problem of understanding to the essence of industrial sustainable development; the problem of the quantitative evaluation on the destructive influence of industrial activities on the environment; the problem of the evaluation of the performance effects of environmental protection on industrial production; the problem of the environmental economic activities of industrial enterprises; the problem of the decision of green industry and so on. The studies not only have practical value, but also have theoretical value to the intercrossing studies of sustainable development in different fields in the 21^st century that has the main subject of sustainable development. This paper has made the following creative studies:Firstly, according to the characters of industrial environmental influence, the paper takes the industrial production system and natural ecosystem as a uniform system of system-industry-environment. It use the entropy increase of industrial production to describe its influence to the environment and present the conception of resource entropy and pollution entropy of industrial productionaccording to the different situations of the consumption of natural ecologic resoureces and the environmental pollution of industrial production. In the paper, the essential of the destruction of industrial production to the environment has been analysed through the forming of entropy increase model of industrial production and the entropy model of the threshold of the nature environment system. Secondly, this paper made a study on the entropy index of the synthetical effect of industrial production system. Based on the analysis on the general influence of industrial production to the environment with the combination of theories such as thermodynamics and so on, the paper has persented and set up a calculation method of the entropy index of general environmental influence of industrial production, which includes calculation of resource entropy and pollution entropy, the persent of the effect coefficient of general influence and methods. The Fuzzy neural networks methodology used in it's calculation is discussed.Next, to the questions of complicated means and various indexs of the actual study on the performance effects of environmental protection of industry production, the paper has set up an industrial environmental effects model base on the conception frame presented by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and so on and with the combination of the study on the entropy index of the general environmental influence of industrial production system. Based the research above, the paper applies the above methods to evaluate and analyze the practice of green industry of an industry group.Finally, a study on the decision of green industry has been done. It mainly includes the comparative study on the environment influence of different industrial production pattern; the study on the internalization of the environment costs of green industry; and the gambling study on the external inspirit mechanism of green industry based on it; the conditions and methods to promotegreen industry in industrial enterprises has been persented.
