| Faced with informatization and globalization of integrative economy, the cooperation between supply chain enterprises becomes more important. On the one hand, the maturity of information technology and changes of market environment have provided convenience and outer requirement for supply chain enterprises; on the other hand, the members of these enterprises' innovation demands and profit-making demands have given an essential impetus for sharing knowledge between them. This article aims at analyzing the relatively new field-supply chain knowledge sharing, revealing the essence of supply chain knowledge, explaining the elements of knowledge sharing, putting forward the mechanism, patterns, creative abilities of supply chain knowledge sharing, and constructing knowledge resource platform for supply chain knowledge sharing.This article consists of seven chapters. The first three chapters are about practical research, literature study and theory analysis of supply chain knowledge sharing. In the first chapter, the author brings forward the necessity of studying supply chain knowledge sharing, which is based on the research of modern supply chain enterprises' management and knowledge management status. Meanwhile, through the literature study of supply chain management and knowledge sharing, the author points out the deficiency of former researches, and emphasizes on the necessity of theory study of supply chain knowledge sharing. In the second chapter, the author who makes use of the value chain theories and enterprises' social capital theories analyses the contradiction of supply chain knowledge sharing. And it reveals the essence of supply chain knowledge sharing and the problems to be solved.Chapter three, four, five and six are the core parts. The third chapter focuses on the research of supply chain knowledge sharing, which includes operation mechanism, learning mechanism, cultural mechanism and promoting mechanism. The operation mechanism is mainly involved in knowledge process management mechanism, knowledge communication mechanism, knowledge innovation mechanism and knowledge product protection mechanism. Learning mechanism emphasizes on constructing study-oriented supply chain. Cultural mechanism is to realize member enterprises' culture integration, and promoting mechanism provides impetus for knowledge sharing, including knowledge rewards and punishments and knowledge compensation.Chapter four delves into the patterns of supply chain knowledge sharing. Throughtime and space dimensions, the author discusses the forms of supply chain knowledge sharing. Moreover, solid patterns are established from the time dimension, transferring dimension and layer dimension. Chapter five is to study supply chain knowledge innovation. Based on the analysis of relationship between value chain and knowledge innovation, the author discusses the process of knowledge innovation in supply chain knowledge sharing which includes knowledge producing, knowledge innovation on spiral upswing and value realization of knowledge innovation. Designing of innovation organization based on knowledge sharing includes innovation network, cross enterprises' CKO, innovation team. The efficient working ways of innovation organization are agile product development, concurrent engineering and collaborative innovation, etc.In chapter six, the author studies the knowledge integration of supply chain knowledge sharing. Supply chain enterprises' knowledge integration analysis is based on enterprise knowledge theory and enterprises' resource theory, and forming of enterprises' knowledge resource theories and development has provided theory support for knowledge integration. The development of information technologies has laid a technical basis for knowledge resource integration of supply chain enterprises. The knowledge resource platform construction of supply chain enterprises includes enterprise members' knowledge portal construction, parity knowledge network, and construction of the whole supply chain knowledge warehouse and knowledge map.Chapter seven is competitiveness improvement of supply chain based on knowledge sharing. Under the condition of supply chain knowledge sharing, both the whole supply chain's innovative abilities and productive abilities acquire improvement. Among these abilities, supply chain's core competitiveness is most essential. Knowledge sharing-based supply chain competitiveness makes upgrade on the basis of supply chain reengineering of knowledge sharing, which includes the improvement of knowledge ability and cooperation ability. Knowledge sharing-based supply chain reengineering is an essential part of supply chain knowledge sharing, and it makes faith and cooperation among members of supply chain enterprises as its basis. Meanwhile, the core competitiveness integration of every supply chain member is the important problem to be solved by supply chain reengineering and forming of supply chain strategic alliance.
