The Research On Economic Development Strategy Of Mineral Resource Industry In Hebei Province

Mineral resources are the importune basement of economic and social development. Environment problems strain the use of mineral resources. Building a resource-efficient and environment-friendly society is the central task of China in its economic and social sustainable development. The mineral resource industry in Hebei province is analyzed with the theories of industry economics and sustainable development in this dissertation, and the strategic methods of the mineral resource industry health development are put forward.Systemic method is used in this article. Taste amounts of data are collected in mineral resources reserves, prospecting and development. The characters, present situation and general tend of mineral resources reserves and development. Factors that involve the demand of mineral resources are analyzed. The model of estimated demand has been set up with theories of statistics and rational-expectations. Change in demand and change in quantity demanded of mineral resources in the future are estimated. Environment being polluted restrains the development of the mineral resource industry. Factors that contribute to environment pollution and mineral resources consumption are analyzed. The main categories of environmental problems are studied. The ecological footprint method is used to estimate the influence of the mineral resource industry.Concept and range of the mineral resource industry are defined. Structure, final goods, concentration ratio of the mineral resource industry and relationship with economy and society development are analyzed. In order to reduce waste of mineral resources and pollution of environment, the externalities and value of mineral resource assets accounting, management are discussed with the theories of value and property right, and how to make the property right clear in mineral resource asset management. Mixed resource allocation of mineral resource assets is the efficient way in present.Development strategy of the mineral resource industry in Hebei province is put forward. Efficient methods are given to ensure mineral resources provided. Resource-efficient and environment-friendly sustainable development is depending on industrial structure improvement and technological innovation.
