Research On The Management Of Socialized Highway Companies

Highway enterprises belong to "industries of national monopoly". Recently, it becomes a trend to socialize highway companies in the world, and it has began attempt to socialize highway companies in China.Applying theories of Public Product and Public Investment, the paper studies the situation of socialization of highway companies in China, and analyses laws that sustain socialization of highway companies, and propose ideas to perfect the system of internal control of socialized companies of highway, and analyses the mechanism of risk control and decision making. In the end, the paper sets up a model to choice developing strategies of highway companies, with the result varying with the change of situations.Firstly, the paper analyses the situation of socialization of highway companies in China and all over the world.
