Research On Synergy Independent Innovation In Supply Chain Enterprises

In order to actualize the sharing of innovation resources, sharing of development costs, decentralize of innovation risk, get the scale advantage of research and development, improve the success rate of independent innovation and faster the industrialization rate of innovations, supply chain node enterprises carry out synergy independent innovation naturally. This dissertation bases on system theory, game theory, synergy theory, supply chain management theory and the theory of independent innovation. It tries to reveal the synergy independent innovation motive and inherent mechanism of supply chain enterprises. The dissertation also probes into some problem such as the influence factor of synergy independent innovation in supply chain enterprises, organization mode, the decision-making mechanism, income distribution method and model. At the same time, in light of the synergy independent innovation reality in Chinese automobile supply chain enterprises, it also proposes the recommendations of the synergy independent innovation in Chinese auto supply chain enterprises.The main contents of this study are as follows:Firstly , analysis of synergy independent innovation content, features and significance in the supply chain enterprises . Analysis is from the impact factors, characteristics, problems and solutions of synergy innovation process.Fourthly, the dissertation brings in Agent technology, constructs several synergy independent innovation systems which base on Multi-Agent in supply chain, using multi-attribute negotiation mechanism. Through this mechanism between Agents, it achieves mutual coordination.
