A Study To The Cultivation And Evaluation To The Leading Force Of Insistent Innovation System In An Enterprise

Insistent innovation is the source of vigor for an enterprise to survive and develop, whether or not could an enterprise keep innovating and how to innovate is an important issue in the study of the economic administration of an enterprise. Although an enterprise is an economic organization, its economic activity involves much human spirit and intelligence, which become the internal power that driving insistent innovation, supporting and promoting the symbolic value that stands for the enterprise. The thesis, employing related knowledge of economics and business administration, exploring into the nature of insistent innovation system, suggests that the leading force of innovation system is the power to maintain and promote the symbolic value of an enterprise through creative activities.In this thesis, based on the synthesizing and summarizing to the evolution of innovation, innovation types and theory of innovation system, the main focus is put on the study to insistent innovation system in an enterprise: defining the intension, exploring the characteristics, revealing the internal rules; the concept of leading force is introduced, its composition, characteristics and effecting mechanism are studied; the ways of cultivating leading force of insistent innovation system in an enterprise is suggested; applying the theories stated above, the concept of innovation entropy is discussed and an evaluation model based on innovation entropy is established for the evaluation of the leading force in insistent innovation system; an instance study to the leading force of innovation is carried out based on enterprise practice in the final.There are three creative points in this thesis:The first is: Digging into the insistent innovation system, pointing out that the leading force of an insistent innovation system is, the right power that through creation maintains the perpetuity of the symbolic value of an enterprise, the spring for the unceasingly innovating and progressing of an enterprise; defining the intension of leading force of innovation, exploring the characteristics of insistent innovation system, revealing the operating rules of innovation system in an enterprise.The second is: probing into the mechanism of how the leading force of innovation taking effects in the life course of an enterprise; finding that the leading force of innovation is the spring that forms the kinetic and potential energy in the course of development of an enterprise; suggesting effective solutions of cultivating leading force in an innovation system.The third is: employing the theory of information entropy, introducing the concept of innovation entropy, making analysis to the insistent innovation, building an evaluation model for the leading force of innovation based on innovation entropy, and further applying this model in the estimation of leading force of innovation sytem, giving guidance to the management of innovation in an enterprise.The introducing of leading force into the management of innovation will help the progressing of technology in enterprise, therefore enhance the enterprise's ability in competition, and thus benefit the development of economy.
