Knowledge Innovation has been reaseached and made a lot of research results. Therefore, the author found that the current knowledge innovative research has been focused on static environment of the knowledge innovation, means, ways and methods mostly, lack of the dynamics study on business processes-oriented knowledge innovation,by quo Summary of home and abroad study on knowledge innovation.Therefore, the study on business processes-oriented knowledge innovation of enterprise is regarded as a starting point in this paper. The author starts this study systematic and gradual with the theory and the method of relevant disciplines. This study mainly divided into theoretical research, factors affecting knowledge innovative, knowledge innovative dynamic,innovative mode, value realization, capability evaluation, case study.All things exist in a certain environment, knowledge innovation is not exception. Business processes -oriented knowledge innovation are affected and constrained by environment.Business process is its micro-environment. Enterprise is its medium-environment, Enterprise outside is its macro-environment. They impact on knowledge innovation to carry out deep or shallow from different aspects.Human resources, communication in business process and management belong micro-environment. Enterprise organizational structure, enterprise culture, corporate finance, business information and knowledge belong medium-environment. macro-environment includes the rule of law, finance and social cultural.There are some purpose and dynamic power that drive enterprises to do knowledge innovation. Under normal circumstances such power can be divided into internal and external dynamic power. Knowledge promotion, market demand ,survival competitive and government policy is external dynamic power.Entrepreneurial spirit, internal motivation, interests drive and social responsibility is internal dynamic power. These factors promote or encourage enterprises to continuously engage in knowledge innovation. Of course the role of these factors varying degrees. If these factors can be coordinated together, they will play a greater role.The affecting factors and driving force is the external conditions of enterprise knowledge innovation, in order to get a better knowledge innovation must meet the needs of the corresponding knowledge innovation model. The knowledge innovation affecting factors, driving force and the promotion conditions is the external factors of business processes oriented knowledge innovation, establishment on knowledge innovation platform,the use of different means of innovation, knowledge innovation activities of penetration in the enterprise business processes of a Kind of knowledge innovation activities. In the innovation process there are not only knowledge flow, but also accompanied by capital flow, logistics. Knowledge flow, capital flow and logistics are composited in the knowledge and value chain of different business processes. So the business proceses-oriented knowledge innovation mode including promote conditions, knowledge innovation means,the knowledge innovation platform, knowledge innovation activities and knowledge and value chain of knowledge innovation. Corporate vision, the self-management of staff, environmental fluctuations and the redundancy of knowledge are the knowledge innovation promote conditions. Independent research and development, the introduction imitation and cooperation R & D are the ways of innovation. Knowledge innovation need corresponding activities to support. knowledge accumulation, knowledge absorption, knowledge creation, knowledge transfer and prototype construction are the knowledge innovation activities of business processes-oriented knowledge innovation activities. Knowledge innovation platform can be divided into thinking platform, agreement platform, dialogue platform, System platform and practice platform,by consider the characteristics of innovative ways and innovation activities. There are value chain in any enterprise.The activities of value chain is both independent and interrelated. There are a knowledge chain in any enterprise,too. Accompanied by the flow of knowledge flow in the enterprise value chain, enterprises knowledge chain were produced at the same time.Thus, the complex systems of value chain linked intertwined with knowledge chain were produced.The smooth value chain can make the capital appreciation.And the smooth knowledge chain can make the enterprises development sustainable. Thus, the author construct the value chain model, knowledge chain model and knowledge-value chain model,on the basis of the content of the knowledge-value chain. And the author think the knowledge flow of business processes -oriented enterprise knowledge innovation include the following three levels: the knowledge mining level in knowledge innovation team,the knowledge transfer level in knowledge innovation team and the knowledge transfer level between knowledge innovation team. And the author established a structure patterns of knowledge flow of knowledge innovation and concept model of knowledge innovation based on knowledge flow.The value realization is the essence of knowledge innovation.The new creation knowledge were used in the production and operation of enterprises, it can realize value of assets, at the same time it can promote the accumulation, application, sharing and innovation of knowledge. Knowledge and innovation are the appropriate management, and so the status quo, with the support by improving its existing resources, knowledge status, improve its business processes and improve their performance, while the of innovation. The value realization of knowledge innovation is supported by human resources, finance, material, knowledge stock and management, then by improving its existing resources, knowledge status, improve its business processes and improve their performance. This paper introduce the interface theory and the interface value realization of business process-oriented knowledge innovation is divided into basic interface, forward interface and backward interface by the use of interface mobile principle. The value realization on the three interface is different. The processes of value realization on the three interface were analysis deeply in this paper. At the same time, the value realization model on the three interface is different, specifically it can be divided into results transfer model, cooperation and participation model and derivatives business model.Knowledge Innovation evaluation is a approach to assessment business processes-oriented knowledge innovation capacity. But if there are not a set of scientific and improve the evaluation index system,we can not guarantee the assessment results objective and effective. Therefore, in order to evaluate the business processes-oriented knowledge innovation capacity should select a scientific and rational indicators system firstly. In this paper, the indicators system is composed by 25 second-level indicators.AHP method is used to determine the weight of the indicators. As for the evaluation methods, fuzzy math methods is selected and corresponding evaluation model is built in this paper.At last,the demonstration targets was selected in this paper. The knowledge innovation practice and business processes-oriented knowledge innovation capacity of this demonstration targets were researched.In summary, this paper followed "basic analysis-theory research-practice application-demonstration study" research way, deeply discussed business processes-oriented knowledge innovation of enterprise, and demonstrated the feasibility of the theories and practical mentioned above by demonstration study method.
