The development and gather of modern service industry as a trend of the world trends started from the 20th century,70 ye ars,and becomed mature gradually accompanied by an internatio nal metropolis and enhancing of the function and structure.At present,the gathering for modern service industries dominate the of the development of an international metropolis,econom ic prosperity and its level of international competitiveness.The thesis try to study the process of "gather the modern se rvice industry,".So,researchers ideas is a dynamic process fr om the starting to the spread.The core content of the thesis i s to clearly answer three questions step by step:(1) Why star t a gathering of modern service industries?(2) Can the stages of development be clear distincted?(3) When the modern servi ce industry gathering was "fixed" at a certain point in time, can the clustering effect be measured? The first question rela tes to the formation mechanism of the modern service industry, including the distinction of the mechanism of aggregation;Th e second issue concerns the experience for the modern service industry in this dynamic process of gathering,and at all stag es,the Government's positioning and the selection of industr ial policies are the analysis focus;The third problem is to a nalyse the concentration effects of the modern service industr y at a certain level of.Modern service industry has experienced four phases:the f ormation of aggregation,rapid accumulation,stability,and pr oliferation.the development of modern service industry gathe r have some common characteristics.This paper takes the quant itative analysis of the case of modern service industry develo pment and the effect of concentration for Beijing and Shanghai, and propose a solution for the development of China's modern service industry gather,overcome the vulnerability of existe nce,gathering mechanisms and imperfect to build a competitive advantage and other issues.
