Sustainable Development Of Integrated Transport Hub Of Civil Aviation Airports

During the period of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”,the comprehensive transportation system of our country,including civil aviation system,has achieved a great development.Although the development of various modes of transportation has drawn the attention of the world,there are apparent deficiencies in the organic connection,collaboration and cooperation among them.As the constructed urban transportation infrastructure,the civil transport airports have the location advantages in serving as large comprehensive transportation hub.Therefore,from the perspective of civil aviation,an intensive study on the sustainable development of integrated transport hub,focusing on transportation airport,can effectively solve the problem of insufficient linkage in the comprehensive transportation system.Based on civil aviation transportation system and ground transportation network,the paper researches the airport integrated transport hub especially the civil aviation transport airport,deeply analyzes the special property and function of the airport integrated transport hub under the background of the great development of traffic.Taking this as the breakthrough point,using the theory of sustainable development,the paper theoretically researches the development of airport integrated transport hub and defines the key problem of its sustainable development.Combining theory with practice,from the macroscopic view,the paper is taking 2014 as the base year,analyzing the development status of the integrated transport hub with passenger throughput over 10 million,summarizing the constrains of the sustainable development of airport integrated transport hub.From the Microscopic view,the paper is taking the integrated transport hub construction of existing airport and new airport as two models,taking the Shanghai-Hongqiao integrated transport hub and Beijing new integrated transport hub as examples,making comparison and analysis,clarifying the target,idea and strategy of sustainable development.Taking the development status of Chinese transport industry in to consideration,from the view of government management mechanism,the paper proposes some suggestion.Through analysis and research,the paper believes that the sustainable development of the airport transport hub is not only the key for development of single airport,regionalmulti airport system,civil aviation transport system and modern comprehensive transport system,but also the important lead and support in the process of new urbanization,as well as the focus point of economic and social development driven by traffic improvement.At present,the infrastructure for China's various way of transportation is improved a lot,and our country is in the perfect time for constructing big integrated transport hub with lots of advantages.However,our administrative system is not advanced enough,especially in the transport and civil aviation industry,and we still need effective measures for the implementation of relevant policies.Based on the construction of civil aviation airport as modern integrated transport hub and its sustainable development,China can accelerates the integration of transport infrastructure,breaks trade barriers and realizes sustainable development of big transport system.In a certain period of time,the sustainable development of the airport Integrated transportation hub will be an important part of the comprehensive transportation development in our country.
