Language Arts is the natural language.It breaks common sense of syntactic structure, prominent the emotion. Language Arts transcend the grammer and create different intentions to explore the psychological of the speakers’. Language Arts often composed of special rhetoric.Along with the market economic development and co-operation between Myanmar and China continuously improve,the demands of understanding Chinese language are increased among Myanmar younger generation. More and more people are increasing in learning initiative of Chinese languane.When they are studying Chinese language,they are improving the skills in listerning, talking, reading,and writing.At the same time,the highiest level of language—"language arts" must be improved. Language arts reflect aesthetic mental activity of the people. Therefore,learning "language arts" become indispensable part of learning language. The studying of language arts also become a most important task in the field of linguistics. I think,the language of Chinese and Myanmar alltoghter composed of common Language and language of arts.The Myanmar language arts reflect the Myanmar ethnic style,and the Chinese language arts reflect the Chinese ethnic style.China and Myanmar are friendly neighbor countries as ever. The two countries have the relation socall "Baobo"(ie, just like the brothers). Myanmar and China have so close relationship in economic,culture,tourism, military,and political field.After 30years of reform and opening policy,China dominate many international fields.Chinese Language learning has spreaded out all over the world.Chinese language teaching is in a good condition in the world.From experience of teaching Chinese language in Myanmar, the article gives the studying about the following:the structure of Chinese and Myanmar language,thinkings, language style, rhetoric format...etc.The article has divided into 7 chapters.First chapter gives the introduction about the theory of languange arts; Second chapter gives the introduction of the relation between the structure of Chinese and Myanmar language arts;Third chapter gives the introduction about rhetoric format and classification of Chinese Myanmar language.the article gives many examples from the text book of Chinese language,media resourse, students’ easy, Nobel winner’s(China famous writer Mo Yan) novel; Myanmar famous novel...etc; Forth chapter gives the introduction of language arts from five examples:Songs for Children and adult, idiom, saying, proverb and phrase; Fifth chapter, the article explains the relation between the language arts and the original thinking, child thinking, abstract thinking;Sixth chapter is the most important part,the article gives four styles of language arts (writing style, time style, ethnic style,and personal style);Seventh chapter gives the conclusion and some important data.At the theoretical basis of the language arts, the article gives the comparative analysis about art of rhetoric and the artistic language style from the songs for children and adult, idiom, saying, proverb and phrase. The article gives compare categorized show about the Myanmar Chinese language and culture.Therefore,the article gives the highlights about the colorful richness of two country’s culture.Finally the article achieves the real effect of exchange between two country’s culture.
