Study On The Social Accountability By The Responsible Government

It was an important part of China’s administrative reform to establish and improvethe administrative accountability and responsible government. To establish theresponsible government was one of objectives and key value orientation of governmentreform of China. It reflected the essence of the development of our socialist democraticpolitics. As the important mechanism and content to come true of responsiblegovernment, the administrative accountability had gone through decades ofdevelopment, its theoretical research and practical innovation had made greatachievements. As a component of the administrative accountability and the latestdevelopment, social accountability was a kind of rely on citizens to participate in animportant way to strengthen the administrative accountability, directly or indirectly, bythe public or civil society organizations, to promote administrative accountability. Itsdevelopment conformed to the development trend of democratic administration andresponsible administration.The logic framework was obeyed that “the theoretical explanation-questionanalysis-problem solving”.
