Basic Issues On The Study Of University Student Counselors’ Work

The work of university student counselors is to educate and cultivate people, which has objective laws. These laws can be understood and should be followed. Researching the working rules of university student counselors is very significant, which can deepen their theoretical study, develop the subject of ideological and political education, promote the team of university student counselors professionalization and specialization, open up new development and cultivate all-round developed talents in moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic aspects. Because the formation and development of this science involves multiple complex problems, this paper analyses some basic issues only from the point of the study of Subjects in order to provide theoretical support for constructing and developing the study of university student counselors’work.This paper discusses some basic issues on the study of university student counselors’work, which is guided by the Marxism, references to the study of subjects and the education of ideological politics, analyses from the views of theory and practice.
