The evolutional process of Chinese school sports supervision is a kind of precipitation, coagulation, creating, steering from scratch, from there to the good, never consciously to consciously, from never attention to attention and from disorder to regular pattern. It has characteristics of education supervision development and also has its own feature.This article used literature data method, expert interview method, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics method to study school sports supervision of china and gained the following conclusions:First, the lack of theory research of the school physical education supervision lead to the index system of school sports special supervision lags behind its practice seriously. The function of the school sports supervision is not clear and it difficult to ensure the evaluation criteria objectivity. The past study was mainly attached importance to educational supervision and the administrative supervision had not enough attention. Few people pay close attention to the comprehensive studySecond, the school sports supervision of china has three stages they are ancient visual teaching, early modern school supervision and modern school supervision, they can also precise divide eight periods they are (1) Ancient incubation period;(2) The early modern formation period of visual teaching institution;(3) improve and perfect period (the sports supervision come into being);(4). The modern growth period(the regulatory agency and system of labour and defence);(5) lag period (the Great Cultural Revolution);(6) recovery period (regulation of sports work of primary and middle school);(7) legal period (rules and regulations of school physical education);(8)rapid development period(No.8document of the central committee and education steering committee of the state council).Third, through the system research to the school sports supervision system, we provide a valuable theory reference to the reform of school physical education supervision of China. Put strategy of " A body and two auxiliary system " to guide the mode of school sports supervision system and management and supply theory reference to the practice of school physical education reform of our country.Fourth, we study collaborative level and content of school sports steering system and found four strategies to improve the practice of school physical education, they are supervision agencies, supervision personnel, supervision mode, working mechanism.Fifth, this study found5first-level indicators they are school sports supervision system framework; including organization management; the guarantee of the education quality; condition; evaluation mechanism, effectiveness13secondary indicators and36tertiary indicators.Sixth, this study from four levels provides theoretical guidance to the school sports supervision reform, they are supervision evaluation scheme of development, evaluation process, organization and implementation process and results of using.
