The goal of vocational education is to cultivate technical and skilled talents who are the needs to the development of society and economy. Technology is the carrier of vocational education. Technological transformation brings the change of technical structure, industrial structure, and skill structure. It also stimulates the innovation requirement of talent cultivation mode of vocational education. Based on the perspective of technological transformation, it’s the appeal that the vocational education development itself is during the process. And it’s the appeal that value demands itself is to the person’s survival and development during the vocational education development as well. Vocational education activity is a social and cultural one. Culture is the gene of the development of vocational education. Understand the culture within the framework of the technology which can seek the intrinsic relationship between the technology and culture. That is what the technological culture means. Culture Raise the vocational education through the culture and reconstruct the feature and development power itself which will be able to solve the dilemma of the development of vocational education. And get back the pursuit of the vocational education value and the realization of the development.The study analysis in-depth the connotation of technological culture of vocational education based on perspective of technological transformation. And try to review and unscramble talents cultivation to the development of the vocational education within the frame of the technological culture from four dimensions of technology, culture, person and education. Seek the value connotation of the vocational education and the value realization about the sustainable development of persons in the new period. Specific chapters are as the following.The first chapter:introduction. Mainly introduce how to choose the perspective and topic background and the significance of the study. Stimulate the thinking of the present study combining with the study results of Chinese and foreign scholars. Define the key concepts. Put forward the study methods and contents.The second chapter:technology, culture and vocational education. Analyze in-depth the key concept of technological culture. Refine the main points about technological culture and the development of vocational education associated with.The third chapter:technological transformation and the changes of the technological culture of vocational education. Further explain how the diachronic evolution trajectory of technological transformation and culture from the perspective of technological changes. Different periods have different paradigm characteristics. At the same time, the paper elaborates the historical evolution of the development of vocational education within the periods of technological changes and culture.The fourth chapter:investigate the development of vocational education in the developed countries through their technological cultures. Analyze the development of vocational education and their associated technological cultures on Britain, Germany and the USA adopting the method of international comparison. Further testify the relationship between them. In order to understand connotation of technical culture of vocational education in our country better.The fifth chapter:cultures reconstruct vocational education in China. Firstly, analyze the reshape the technological culture of vocational education in China. Secondly, card and reference related reengineering theories. Put forward the contents of Chinese vocational education based on cultures. That is, building modern vocational education system and the connotation construction and development of modern vocational education.The sixth chapter:the path selection of vocational education on the cultural reconstruction. Analyze comprehensively on the international experiences and lessons from the developed countries and the academic levels. Show the strategies to cultural reconstruction of vocational education. They are cultural identity, collaborative innovation, process improvement of vocational education. As well as take back the value pursuit of vocational education and persons’self-realization.Conclusion:summarize the innovations and shortcomings. Provide some help of the future study.
