Research On The Conditions And Strategy Of Collaboration Between Universities And Enterprises Based On The Target-Process Model

University-enterprise cooperation is an important part of industry-university-institute cooperation, especially the study on the university-enterprise cooperation in knowledge transfer perspective has always been the hot issue of industry-university-institute cooperation recently. Combining value goal of university-enterprise cooperation with knowledge transfer activities organically, we create a "double goals-five stages" model of university-enterprise cooperation. The model clarify the internal mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation on the views of the target and the progress of the cooperation, we also build game model of conditions and strategy chosen (cooperation or not) in the progress of technology cooperation between universities and enterprises and commercial target achieved based on it. We get the hypothesis of university-enterprise cooperation conditions and probabilities (expected performance) through model derived, and verify this hypothesis through the case study and empirical research to further analysis eventually. It will provide reference for cooperative strategy chosen of enterprises and universities, especially for industry-university-institute cooperation policy-making of relevant government departments.Firstly, we should tease the relevant research at home and abroad on industry-university-institute comprehensively, university-enterprise cooperation and knowledge transfer, especially the relevant theories research of university-enterprise cooperation mechanism in the perspective of knowledge transfer, and put forward to the method and technical route combining theory model and case empirical research, and provide theoretical framework for sequential studies.Secondly, we will synthesize sociology, management and other related basic theory, and create a "double goals-five stages" model of university-enterprise cooperation in the perspective of knowledge transfer through the method of literature research, theoretical analysis and so on. It clarify the technical target and business target of university-enterprise cooperation, and state the main content and the implementation mechanism of the five stages, including situational analysis, issues identify, project launch, results delivery, project evaluation and so on.Thirdly, we build a two-stage dynamic game model of universities-enterprises cooperation based on the "double goals-five stages" model. We analysis dynamic cooperation strategy chosen on the game progress of universities-enterprises cooperation, and come up with the hypothesis of the relationship between the two sides target, resource conditions, value-added space, resources efficiency and other variables and the probability of university-enterprise cooperation (expected performance of university-enterprise cooperation) through the model derived for later verification.Fourthly, basing on the typical cases about university-enterprise cooperation on Shengu-dut and VAT-scu, we descript the strategy chosen of universities and the enterprises in the process of cooperation via theory and method statement, investigation and analysis, theoretical generalization and experience summary, reach the relationship between strategy chosen and the probability of cooperation, verify the hypothesis from theoretical model tentativly.Fifthly, we get first-hand data of university-enterprise cooperation by the means of literature research, questionnaire survey, database query and so on. We take the probability of university-enterprise cooperation instead of performance of university-enterprise cooperation as dependent variables, take target consistency of university-enterprise cooperation, resource matching, value-added space and resource efficiency as independent variables, and built econometric model between the cooperation condition variables and the probability of cooperation, which to the large extent prove the hypothesis.
