A Research Of Enterprise Participate In Postgraduate Training By University-Enterprise Cooperation Under The Perspective Of Transaction Cost

Training talents by the cooperation between universities and enterprises was applied in vocational colleges at first, and then expanded to a higher level-postgraduate students. It has a long history till now. During the university-enterprise cooperation, the initiative of enterprises play a key role to the final cooperation result. Under what circumstances will the enterprise involved in the university-enterprise cooperation? What will happen during the process of cooperation and what are the reasons for such phenomenon? Finding out the answers will be good for the development of university-enterprise cooperation. With a sample survey, the author looks into the current situation of university-enterprise cooperation and their transaction cost by questionnaire, and then further analyzes the survey results from both cooperated enterprises and non-cooperated enterprises. At last, the author analyzes the types, reasons as well as its influence with the help of all the analyzes of these typical cases. This research has found out that enterprises’strategies are affected by prospective earnings and expected cost and the persistence and continuity of the university-enterprise cooperation is influenced by transaction cost. As the issue of the high cost of university-enterprise cooperation, the author suggests to lower the transaction cost of university-enterprise cooperation for the benefits of both government and colleges and provoke the enterprises involved into the education of postgraduate students. The author also advocates that the special financial support earmarked, cost declined, and rules and projects that carried out by university-enterprises refined. Lower search cost by building up university-enterprise cooperation platform. Universities should enhance the quality of service, innovate the university-enterprise cooperation approaches, and in favor of the university-enterprise cooperation programs that developed by affiliated colleges directly.
