In high school biology study "Genetic and evolutionary" is one of the three compulsorymodules, closely related with our actual life. Because of this kind of knowledge is veryabstract, give priority to with micro level of knowledge, under normal conditions, it is verydifficult to learn the knowledge. Students don’t like learning this part of knowledge, so it neednew interpretation, cognitive, and explore the resources and tools, to build effective learningenvironment for students. Practice has proved that through the information technologyconstruction of "genetics and evolution" effective learning environment is feasible, and theway is more effective at present.In the application of information technology in recent years, the construction of "geneticsand evolution”of the learning environment, study and application in high school, there was alot of scholars from different aspects to do a lot of research and application, but in general, theeffect is not ideal.The main reason is that there is a problem about information technology and the fusionof the genetic and evolutionary ideas and methods, even with high technical content of thesoftware, but lack of pertinence and effectiveness. From the fusion level, the translation andintegration points are mainly two level, there is no in-depth analysis in domain model of thegenetic and evolutionary, the domain model is not scientific or missing, the application oftechnology is difficult to have an effect.Support environment and resources are mainlycomposed of project site or proprietary software, in view of the "genetic and evolution"module one or some kind of knowledge, and the lack of "genetic and evolution" module of thesystem analysis and overall consideration, which lacks common regularity, and can satisfy thepersonalized learning simple tools.Mainly use social software for learning communicationand collaboration, lack of communication tools for biological sciences.This paper aimed at solving high school biology "genetic and evolution" module in thedomain model research lack subject, learning system lack of systematic and lack of thecommon foundation support tools.Paper to software engineering methodology, which has afirst in high school biology "genetic and evolution" module as the research object, based onthe theory of constructivism learning theory, to the "genetic and evolution" module teachingpresent situation and the demand analysis for the reality basis, with the development ofintellectual education and higher-order thinking value orientation, to "genetic and evolution"module integration points and solution as the core of learning and on the basis of analyzingthe digital learning environment elements,"genetic and evolution" field model isconstructed.Then based on the proposed "genetic and evolution" domain model, this paper has carried on the overall design, the main application of the discipline, the support tools andpublic service platform construction of "genetics and evolution" learning system, andexpounds the overall architecture and the functions and characteristics of the main module.Based on the "Genetics and evolution" domain model and analysis of the overallarchitecture, this paper has carried on the detailed design, including: in view of the "geneticand evolution of basic knowledge and law, based on the full analysis, content analysis methodto knowledge as well as build concept, structure and model with the facts, rule and method ofthree kinds of common foundation support tools.Directed against genetic and evolution of lifephenomenon explain part, from the discipline characteristic and the interaction characteristics,design the topic discussion, case respectively, phenomenon of interpretation and interactionbetween the experiment main support tools.Directed against genetic and evolution ofproduction application, based on the analysis of the law of course content and learning, buildthe inquiry learning support tools.Paper also for the system and key support tools design theapplication case and analysis results.Formed by this paper in view of the "Genetics and Evolution" content, are beneficial tothe students in the areas of wisdom training model, digital learning system and tools for thetheory and model of digital learning environment will have a very good supplement andperfect effect, information technology and course of deep integration of theory and method oftheory development and case added value. In terms of practical value, this paper designs thegenetic and evolutionary learning system, basic knowledge and cognitive tool, explaintraining tools and production application to explore life phenomenon tools, able to engage inlearning system design of relevant institutions provide necessary reference and reference;Provide favorable support for teachers’ teaching and students learning, can very good support"genetic and evolution" module of autonomous learning, cooperative learning and inquirylearning, stimulate students’ interest in learning; The case is designed to provide practicalreference for the teaching applications and operation procedures.
