China in the 21st century, the pace of the new curriculum reform gradually speeds up. Applying information technology to high school biology teaching service, improving the quality of high school biology teaching, cultivating students’good biology literacy and information literacy has become a new trend in the current reform of senior middle school biology teaching. Although the integration of information technology and curriculum in China has been carried out for many years, but because of our country’s information technology education started relatively late, coupled with lack of correct cognition of information technology and curriculum integration, our country still has some strange in the information technology and curriculum integration.As is known to all, teaching philosophy and teaching method is reborn in the present, our high school biology teaching still exist many problems, such as the classroom teaching did not play the main role of the students, biology textbooks lag seriously, students lack of interest in the biological sciences. The study found that in some countries such as the United States and other such issues are not prominent. The author found that the problem in the lack of teaching resources, and learn from the excellent experience of foreign countries, put forward by means of digital of high school biology teaching resources to solve the above problem views.This paper proves rationality of biology teaching of digital resources from the perspective of theory and practice. First in the part of theory, through the teaching material view, such as the "Bible" teaching material view, "teaching" teaching material view, "learning material" teaching material view and "construction" teaching material view of understanding and comparison, the author puts forward a set each director, avoid various relationship of the new textbook view, and digital biology supplementary teaching resources is the topic should have righteousness. On this basis, the author puts forward the specific methods for digital teaching, complementary resources is to expand the teaching team and teaching materials using digital means using digital technology;Secondly, in the part of practice, the author secondary school in Minhang District, Shanghai City, by comparison of the result, selected three biological learning classes with similar levels of study and practice, to test digital biology teaching supplement the rationality and the necessity of application of resources. The author set up the Shanghai teach third edition of the book, Chapter 9, "evolution" in the second section, the biological evolution theory "as the teaching content, to" three goals "(namely knowledge and skill, process and method, emotion, attitude and value outlook) for the teaching goal to based on Creation of the situation the constructivist learning methods, inquiry based learning as a teaching strategy grouping instruction. Experimental group respectively a group (hereinafter referred to as "traditional", that is not in the fully digital environment teaching), group B (referred to as "digital", namely in the fully digital environment, equipped with digital resources to supplement teaching) and group C (referred to as "pseudo digital type", but to prevent domestic some teachers will b group simply understood as the digital textbook way to teach, set up a special. The correct rate of the final statistics, the author found that the experimental class B group than the other two classes, in which A group teaching evaluation is better than that of C group. The use of digital teaching resources of biology that have positive effect on teaching.At the end of this paper, the author sums up some shortcomings of this research, such as the relevant data collected enough detailed theoretical analysis, experimental teaching is not comprehensive enough, small sample size etc.. In addition, the author puts forward four suggestions for educators in our country, such as improving the sharing of resources should be the city’s information literacy and public education teachers.Finally, I hope that the education informationization will come better in the future to improve teaching methods, researchers and teachers can contribute to promote the integration of digital technology and subject teaching, conform to the trend of education reform, for the vigorous development of education.
