The Curriculum Connection between Middle and Higher Vocational Education(Abbr:CCMHVE) is important content of the Connection between Middle and Higher Vocational Education(Abbr:CMHVE)and focus of the theory research and practice of the Modern Vocational Education System construction(Abbr:MVES). Under the modern vocational education system, how to solve the problem of CCMHVE, and to get implementation of effective connection,that is the urgent task to China’s vocational education technical ability training mode innovation,and the improvement of the quality of higher vocational education,and following the rules of talent growth,and need to adapt to economic and social development industry of high skill talents.Today China’s vocational education system construction work has made breakthrough progress.However, CCMHVE still has a disconnect, faults, or repeating phenomenon in the training objectives, professional setting, course standard, teaching material system, teaching evaluation and so on, these problems seriously affect the pace of the construction of the modern vocational education system in our country, they are important factors restricting the quality of vocational education personnel training. To explore the bridging basic ways and methods of CCMHVE, to improve further the quality and level of CCMHVE, that is the key to Secondary vocational school students further study platform,and China’s vocational education system structure further perfect,and to meet people on popular choice of the diversity of education,and in order to construct a lifelong education system in our country,and the overall attractiveness ascension of vocational education and the talent demand of the diversification of social and economic development.Vocational education is a complete and independent system, and CCMHVE is under the system of vocational education system.The modern vocational education system is the basic premise and logic starting point of CCMHVE, to conform to the requirements and the overall goal of the construction of the modern vocational education system,we should set out from the whole system to study CCMHVE.This article study on present situation investigation to CCMHVE in Deyang City of Sichuan Province, we found that problems of CCMHVE seriously restricted the vocational education quality improvement,and the quality of vocational education in China is the appeal to history of policy and practice;There are many factors to make problems to CCMHVE in our country in the system. To solve the problems we should set out from the vocational education system,and under the guidance of certain scientific theory, to study system characteristics, structure, function, theoretical framework and present problems,and to give full play to the positive role of the main body, emancipate the mind, change ideas, break traditional vocational education curriculum development model, to explore and set up the curriculum development mode with the characteristics of vocational education, to further promote the construction of modern vocational education system in our country.Under the modern vocational education system, we adopt soft system methodology as the main research tool, integrated application of the bibliometric method, the survey method, comparative method and mathematical statistics research methods.Adopted the the research route“ask questions---related literature research--- describes the status---to construct the conceptual model---to contrast between the reality and the model---to put forward countermeasure---to organize the implementation.”Main Research Contents(structure):Firstly, to describe our vocational education present situation and difficulties, in order to make out the important role in the modern vocational education system construction and to hope to give the reform to CCMHVE; Secondly, to construct the conceptual model of CCMHVE related system according to the theory of soft system methodology; Thirdly, to investigate the present situation of CCMHVE; to compare between the present situation and the conceptual model, to find the difference、the problems and causes; Fourthly, to put forward under the principle, method, content and safeguard of CCMHVE after the compared according to the modern;fifthly,a case study, Sichuan Deyang national higher vocational reform experimental zone. Main research work includes the literature research、theoretical analysis、the situation research 、 root definition 、 concept model construction 、 international comparison 、optimization strategy and research about MVES、CMHVE、CCMHVE.Through the above research, we have the following main conclusions:Firstly, the problems of CCMHVE Severely restricted to improve the vocational education quality further. The essence of CCMHVE Should be the organic link between the structure elements of the curriculum Middle and Higher Vocational Education. The state of CCMHVE should be the state of modern vocational education system, which should have to adapt to the demand, organic link, and multiple state of interchange. Through questionnaire survey and data analysis shows that there are lot of problems between the reality and it should to be in our country’ CCMHVE.There are a lot of problems in the curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation and so on. The lack of effective adaptation, level and continuity between the systems of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education in our country, they developed Independently and Fiercely.These problems or adverse phenomenon influenced the quality of CCMHVE seriously,and restricted the whole quality of vocational education and the construction of modern vocational education system.That has become ought to be the way of the development of vocational education our country,to build the system of CCMHVE with significant levels and coherent integration.In order to improve quality and ability of technical skills talents and to further improve the vocational education training quality, we should promote to improve the quality of CCMHVE,such as in training objectives, curriculum content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation and so on. We have to really change ideas and attach importance to vocational education really from thoughts to action;To strengthen the basic orientation, vigorously improve the quality of vocational education; Adhere to close to the market, close to the society, close to the demand, so that we can establish the modern vocational education system in line with market and social needs.Secondly, that is the exploration of historical policy and the practice to improve the quality of CCMHVE. Since the 1980 s,that the social and economic development of our country continuously put forward new requirements to talents training in vocational education, and a series of related vocational education policies and measures are developed; It reflected the history of China’s vocational education policies,It throughout our country from constructing vocational education system, to building a modern vocational education system, to building and perfecting the whole process of modern vocational education system of vocational education system, it reflects the inevitable choice of system in the practice from building to building the system between the middle and higher vocational to building system of CCMHVE. That is the specific requirements to realize the grand goal of modern vocational education system in our country, also the inevitable requirements of China’s vocational education policy.That to improve the quality of CCMHVE is the appeal of the practice of China’s vocational education reform and construction of modern vocational education system. It is actively being developed on practice and theoretical research of the modern vocational education system construction on the basis of CCMHVE many areas in China, to study the basic question about CCMHVE,to build the curriculum systems of the technical skills training system, to Consolidate the foundation of modern vocational education system construction, in order to Constantly improve the vocational education attractive and to meet the social demand for education of different and the needs of social and economic development of various skills talents and so on practice to explore.Gradually it formed their own characteristics, and the research hot spot, the team expanded, diverse research methods and to promote the construction of modern vocational education system has accumulated rich practical experience and theoretical basis.Thirdly,the study found the characterization and the crux problems of CCMHVE in our country. There are a lot of problems in the class cohesion,Based on the research on the curriculum standards, curriculum content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation in many aspects.The Characterization:first, Objective: poor stability of goal orientation, to identify the target accord to the subjects.The second,course content:, poor gradation of the content orientation,to manage course randomly.The third,Curriculum implementation: poor openness Implement orientation,Course teaching mainly in the classroom.Fourth, the curriculum evaluation: the difference of formative evaluation orientation, evaluation mode is monotone.The sticking Problems: Firstly, to improve vocational education status in society slowly;The second,The top-level design of the modern vocational education system is in theory;Thirdly, Security support of the system of vocational education policy is weak;Fourthly,The intensity is scattered in Vocational education Course bridging management mechanism.Fourthly,we put forward the basic train of thought of the improvement in CCMHVE.First of all, the modern vocational education system in our country is the logic starting point and basic starting point of CCMHVE, so CCMHVE must reflect the basic connotation of modern vocational education system faithfully:to adapt to the needs of social and economic development,to meet the needs of the people education, to embody in the coordinated development of higher vocational education, to adhere to the concept of life-long education.Secondly, we puts forward that the basic path of CCMHVE is to establish curriculum development model with the feature and regulation of the vocational education according to the theory of curriculum.Thirdly,CCMHVE should embody unity of the cohesion standard and the level difference in the training objectives, major setting, curriculum content, teaching methods, the recruitment of students test, the main contents of quality evaluation, etc.Fourthly, in the safeguard measures of CCMHVE: The government should lead to establish the perfect modern vocational education system,to set up a professional education entrance exam system and curriculum standards of the state,to put a reasonable configuration of high-level vocational education colleges and universities,to establish a unified mechanism of professional catalogs, to establish a diverse curriculum development participation mechanism.
