Study On The Management Of Urban Construction Land Planning

It gives a simple analysis of ways on construction land use rights establishment and of affections to the land market; using game theory, discusses the motivation of the behaviors that developers collude, as well as the government conspiracy with developers during the construction land use right transfer process, and carries out the corresponding countermeasures.4. In order to evaluate the effect of urban construction land planning management it builds the evaluation index system whose evaluation criteria is optimal allocation degree of urban construction land and applying AHP method gives the weights of indexes.
