With the development of networking of firm’s organization and innovation pattern,there are lots of large enterprises dominant industry innovation networks in China. Howthe large enterprise influences the development of innovation network? How do the smallenterprises learn knowledge and technology from the large enterprise? What are the waysthat influence the knowledge spillover? What are the factors that influence theknowledge spillover? These questions are all interesting research subjects. Based on theliterature review, this paper analyses how the large enterprise radiometric force influencethe knowledge spillover exploringly through theoretical analyses. This paper uses theresearch methods of investigation, in-depth interview, questionnaires, simulation and theempirical analyses. This paper is organized as follows:First, this paper constructs a large enterprise knowledge spillover framework modelof the industry innovation network. This paper firstly points out the nature of the implicitknowledge and explicit knowledge, the produce and flow of knowledge, the reason of theinnovation network formation, the ways that knowledge spillover base on theepistemology theory. Then, this paper defines the large enterprises dominant industryinnovation networks and the large enterprise radiometric force, and points out that largeenterprise radiometric force is the key factor that influences the development of largeenterprise dominant industry innovation network. This paper also points out themechanism how the large enterprise radiometric force influences the knowledge spillover.The large enterprise radiometric force has both direct and indirect impact onmiddle-small enterprises. The large enterprise radiometric force has direct impact onknowledge spillover through R&D collaboration, talent flow and entrepreneur. The largeenterprise radiometric force has indirect impact on knowledge spillover through threemediating factors including absorptive capacity, tie quality and knowledge transfer. Thispaper performs the simulation experiment to the framework model through the systemdynamics method.Second, this paper exploringly develops the scale of knowledge spillover in thelarge enterprise dominant industry innovation network including the knowledge spillover scale, the large enterprise radiometric force scale, mediating factors scales. There are fivestages in the scale development. i. Pilot Study. Pilot Study includes in-depth interviewand text analysis. ii. Pilot test scale design have three stages including the question bankestablishment, the expert evalution and the item inclusiveness confirmation. iii. Pilot testscale measurement. iv. Pilot scale test includes project analysis and exploratory factoranalysis. Knowledge spillover scale and the large enterprise radiometric force are theunidimensional constructs which need project analysis. The mediating factors ofKnowledge spillover are multidimensional constructs which project analysis andexploratory factor analysis. v. formal scale test will be tested in the chapter4.Third, the empirical analysis of the large enterprise knowledge spillover in industryinnovation network. Base on the questionnaire survey to the200enterprises of severallarge enterprises dominant industry innovation network in Liaoning Province, this paperhas received182valid samples. Based on the valid samples, this paper constructs theknowledge spillover PLE-SEM model of the large enterprise dominant industryinnovation network.Fourth, reach conclusions as follows: i. there is the large enterprise radiometricforce in large enterprise dominant industry innovation network. ii. the large enterpriseradiometric force has direct impact on the middle-small enterprises to knowledgespillover with the largest path coefficient. iii. The absorptive capacity is the medicatingvariables between the large enterprise radiometric force and knowledge spillover. Tiequality is the medicating variables between the large enterprise radiometric force andknowledge spillover. Knowledge transfer is medicating variables between the largeenterprise radiometric force and knowledge spillover. The mesomeric effect of tie qualityis the largest. The absorptive capacity is the second and knowledge transfer is thesmallest. iv. knowledge spillover scale is reasonable and valid, there are a little problemswhich need to be improved in the further research.
