The Relationship Between Competency Of Mine Construction Project Team And Perofrmance

Coal has accounted for about70%of the proportion of Chinese energy production andconsumption structure, which determines the coal industry playing an important role and not tochange the fundamental status for a quite long time. In order to guarantee a certain productionscale and capacity of the coal industry, it has a very important significance to improve theperformance of mine construction projects by building efficient, lean mine construction projectmanagement team.Based on the above reasons, the paper studies on the correlation of competency of mineconstruction project team and project performance. First, through reviewing literature,semi-structured interviews and questionnaires exploratory factor analysis to confirm that thecompetency model of mine construction project team consists of understanding andcomplementary skills, communication and collaboration capacity, adapTab.ility, learning andinnovation capacity.There are the four dimensions of ability and the27feature. Secondly, throughanalyzing confirmatory structural model of the team competency, obtains a relationship of the fourdimensions of team competency to team competency of mine construction project. Finally,propose five evaluation standards of mine construction project performance——that is quality,schedule, cost, safety and the environment; Using structural equation modeling to obtain teamcompetency of mine construction can predict project performance. It has practical value.
