Entrepreneurship can be traced back to France two hundred years ago. In1775, the French economist, Richard Cantillon, associated the entrepreneurs with the risk which was beared from the economy. This is the first definition of entrepreneurship. Today based on people-oriented perspective, the research of entrepreneurial team can be defined as a focal point. Many scholars have analyzed it from different perspectives. However, objectively speaking, in terms of its front character and its own dynamic uncertainty, entrepreneurial team research hasn’t formed a complete model. This thesis, based on the Interactive and process perspective on the entrepreneurial team, regarding the Marxist economic theory and management theory as a guide, regarding the studies of entrepreneurial team which were done by the domestic and foreign experts and scholars as the logical starting point. By adopting an approach which combines with the normative research and empirical research, the quantitive analysis and qualitative analysis, the related theories of institutional economics, management, law and sociology, this article explicates and explores systematically about the interaction mechanisms within the entrepreneurial team as well as the external interaction mechanisms between entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial environment.The objective of the article:based on the entrepreneurship-research framework which is on basis of the core layer and the form layer, in perspective of the interaction mechanisms within the entrepreneurial team as well as the external interaction mechanisms between entrepreneurial team and other aspects, we try to study the entrepreneurial term mechanisms on combination, evolution and innovation, in hope of putting forward some valuable opinions.The article consists of eight parts: Chapter one, introduction:This part focuses on detailed illustration and arrangement of the original reason of the issue, the current research state concerned with this proposition and field, and the purpose, significance, logical process, primary content, research approaches and the essential appointment of this article.Chapter two, research border and establishment of research model:the prime of this study is that the concepts must be clearly related, the research border must be defined and the research model must be put forward. In this model, we regard the three important elements entrepreneurial opportunity, entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial team which exist in the model of Timmons as the core layer. The interaction mechanisms among the three should be the key. In the form layer, we will emphasize on the interaction mechanisms between the entrepreneurial team and the entrepreneurial environment, the entrepreneurial organizational model, the enterprise strategy which influence the business performance.Chapter three, entrepreneur and entrepreneurial team:this chapter is mainly analyzed the interaction mechanisms between entrepreneur and entrepreneurial team. On the basis of the behavior theory, we analyze the internal interaction mechanisms from the aspects of the entrepreneurial team building, functions, stability and performance. We analyze the entrepreneurial team mainly from two aspects:the interaction mechanisms and the process mechanisms. In the process mechanisms analysis, we study mainly from the following aspects:the factors of entrepreneurial team building, the formation model of entrepreneurial team, the development stage of entrepreneurial team and so on.In the interaction mechanisms, we study mainly from the following aspects:the spirits of entrepreneurship, the internal structure of entrepreneurial team, the internal dynamics of entrepreneurial team, the organizational learning and reengineering, the idleness of the members, in and out of the members and so on.Chapter four, entrepreneurial opportunities:this chapter is mainly analyzed from the recognition, evaluation, utilize of the entrepreneurial opportunities by the entrepreneurial team, and deeply research the interaction mechanisms between the two. We find that the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities is a dynamically developing process which is combined by the surroundings. Firstly, the entrepreneur must be entitled ability of the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities as well as the perfect social contacts. On the basis of what we have mentioned above, the entrepreneur could recognize and utilize the entrepreneurial opportunities by the policy and the industrial environmental supports from the country.Chapter five, the entrepreneurial resources:this chapter is mainly about the achievement and utilize of the entrepreneurial resources. We try to prove that the positive correlation between the strong connection of the entrepreneurial team, the entrepreneurial resources and the achievement of the entrepreneurial resources. On the basis of resource-based theory and organizational learning theory, we study the interaction between the entrepreneurial resources building and the dynamic abilities. The results imply that the initial resource has a great impact on the the achievement, utilize and the integration of the entrepreneurial resources. The three connect closely with each other and form information feedback mechanisms. The resource building process and the enterprise dynamic abilities influence each other.Chapter six, The interaction between the form layer and the entrepreneurial environment. Based on the particular entrepreneurial environment, this chapter will discuss the management of entrepreneurial process. And we will further research on the relationship between the "enterprise strategy""entrepreneurial organizational model" and the entrepreneurial environment, emphasizing on the process of the inner interaction.Chapter seven, the entrepreneurial performance:this chapter mainly analyzes the interaction mechanisms between the entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial team, entrepreneurial resource, entrepreneurial opportunity Furthermore, it designs a relative rational performance measurement model and the index system. The new enterprise performance measurement model consists of the objective data index collected during a certain time. At the same time, it considers the interpersonal relationship and the complex social environment existing in the development of enterprise. The new enterprise can make full use of this performance measurement model to adjust the enterprise strategy.Chapter eight, conclusions of research and suggestions:on the basis of the conclusion, we analyze China’s entrepreneurial environment and point out its pros and cons, as well as some constructive suggestion for the government. Then we provide a valuable tool for Chinese entrepreneurial team——Belbin Team Role analysis. Finally, we put forward opinions on the disadvantages and the direction of the future research.
