Rail transportation equipment occupies an important position in the national economy.Reliability and safety of rail transportation equipment is the basic guarantee for the normal operation of rail transportation.It is also an important guarantee to build high-speed rail Chinese "name card" and good service f-or national strategy of''The Belt and Road".As one of the key systems in the rail transportation equipment,Train network control system is an integrated central platform of the train operation control,detection,data records,fault diagnosis and information interchange,and its reliability,availability,maintainability and safety play an important role in the operation of the entire rail transportation equipment.At present,China has mastered the core technology of train network control system design and manufacturing;the entire system and its key components have been achieved independent research,development and manufacturing.Therefore,how to ensure RAMS indicators reach the train network control system requirement,establish an integrated RAMS system to ensure the quality of rail transportation equipment and to improve the international competitiveness of train network control system manufacturing enterprises is significant.In this thesis,We focus on the train network control features of the product,based on research on the RAMS indicators relationship,established RAMS indicators of integrated framework with the characteristics of the train network control products;meanwhile,based on integrated RAMS study design,here we established the product reliability allocation method,maintenance calculation methodologies and we build an integrated RAMS implementation system as a demonstration for manufacturing enterprise of train network control system.This thesis does the following:(1)Quantitative analysis of the relationship among RAMS indicators Relationship of the RAMS indicators were analyzed to establish a quantitative relationship among the expression of each index model,and the analysis reveals that availability and security indicators primarily determined by the reliability and maintainability indicators.In the product design process,the reliability and maintenance performance of the products can effectively control to reach the required safety and availability.(2)Establish a collaborative model for RAMS design According to the characters of train network control system,collaborative model for RAMS design have been make.In this model,we analyzed the relationships among each index of train network control system RAMS and put forward a collaborative method supported with reliability and maintainability in the under the cost constraint.Also,the optimal solution of reliability and maintainability has been made by taken the suitable maintenance strategy and reliability optimization.(3)Propose a method of reliability allocation method based on cost coefficient controlThis thesis raised a reliability allocation method based on cost coefficient control.The relative cost factor is mainly corrected in considering mature product reliability parameters,important product reliability parameters,and it could obtain the cost control coefficients by using Lagrange multiplier method and the efficiently of the method were experiment certificated with the example of the typical assembly unit.(4)Propose a method of maintenance design based on design factors and maintenance policyOn the basis of analysis of the impact of design-related elements and maintenance strategy,a weight assignment model has been raised to selecting the Maintainability design strategy for train network control system.The prioritization solution has been made by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method and verified by the comparison of maintainability between the two generation of the typical product.(5)Establish train network control system integrated with RAMS implementationAccording to the features of train network control product,our study,from RAMS organization system,RAMS work system and RAMS support system,established an integrate RAMS implementation system.Through the organizational restructure and business process reengineering,operational standardization,process cooperative and management digitalization,to enable enterprises to implement RAMS in product design,procurement,manufacturing and marketing,in order to provide a theoretical and practical methods for train network control system manufacturers.The research result provided an effective RAMS management method for the train network control system,and it also is theoretical significance for the development of the theory of RAMS,as well as important practical significance to quality management of China's train network control system manufacturing enterprise and even rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry.
