Research On Architectural Form Creation Method In Cold Regions Based On The Context Of Natural Environment

Since the new century,along with the accelerated process of urbanization and the deterioration of the ecological environment,the relationship between architecture and natural environment has caused people's attention.Buildings in cold region of our country are also facing a more severe test.Due to geographical restrictions in northern inland areas,backward institutional constraints and constraints of vulgar aesthetic dilemma,simply copied architectural creations are in a large-scale,showing little adaptive feedback on the natural environment,resulting in destruction of people's living environment and the ecological environment.Most buildings in cold region were placed in the geomorphic environment with intensity intervention,created in negative and discrete scene context,and were resisting the passively rejective climate environment.They created a lot of architectural forms with closed and monotonous layout,blindly western-like forms,and little attention to human nature.Then the direction of cold region architectural creation was lost.The research goal of this topic is to advocate that architecture in cold region should response to the natural environment,and to construct a concept and method of cold region architectural form creation in China.This article expounds the theoretical foundation that influences the relationship between architecture and nature by tracking back the classical philosophy theory,organic architecture theory and symbiosis theory.And it explains the driving force for the development of the relations between architecture and nature by introducing the evolutionary theory,system theory and complex scientific development.All these provide a solid theoretical support for the main body of this thesis.In time for axes,this article summarizes its historical evolution in practice level,including three historical periods: obedience,conquest and regression,which cause people's reflection on cold region architecture status.This article induces and analyzes the important natural contextual elements which influence cold architectural form creation,namely geomorphic context,climate context and scene context.And it proposes the development trend of the relationship: from intensity intervention to integration construction,from environmental exclusion to system generation,from discrete by each other to the multi-dimensional interaction.Combining three natural context factors,it put forward the corresponding form creation orientation,formed the core chapters of the framework,which opened the following practice direction of the research methods.First,cold region architectural form creation based on the landform context.With its vast and plain,vigorous and heroic character,cold area natural landform has an important influence on architectural creation in cold region.This part discussed that cold region architectural should be adapted to geomorphic environment by changing from subjective placement to co-integration structure,adapting itself to the environmental characteristics,such as terrain elevation,slope and texture trend,and pretending itself from cold by using the combined action of light,airflow and other climate environment and the landform.From undulating topography slope level integration,flat landscape habitat multidimensional instigation,and waterfront landscape buildings co-construction,it set up three specific methods of cold region architectural form creation,which is based on geomorphic context.Second,cold region architectural form creation based on the climatic context.Natural climate environment in cold region has its unique characteristics.Temperature,light and invasion of wind and snow have important influence on buildings form in cold region.This part discussed that,along with the development of technology,constructions should gradually have self-adjustment capacity.architecture should be adapted to the climatic environment by changing from passively defensing to system generation.Building shape,interface and chamber,which is generated in climatic environment,should be thermal environment,luminous environment and snow environment oriented.From active adaptation to the temperature variation,dynamic adaptation to light influence and flexible adaptation to the snow,it set up three specific methods of cold region architectural form creation,which is based on climatic context.Third,cold region architectural form creation based on the scene context.In the natural environment of the native cold area,the scene context that buildings are facing is not only existing in the material level,but also existing in the real scene context.This part discussed that cold region buildings should not be separated with each other,they need to interact to each other multi-dimensionally.The buildings should be generated from the real scene context,enhance the inner temperament of the whole environment,and resonate with people's hear.From multiple translation of the natural shape,poetic construction of natural artistic conception and original true expression of natural texture,it set up three specific methods of cold region architectural form creation,which is based on scene context.This article introduced the multivariate natural context into contemporary cold region architectural form creation,and set up the creation framework based on landform context,climatic context and scene context.It dealt with the typical problems met in cold region form architectural creation by taking a series of measures,and has double meanings of both theory and practice.It is hoped that the research of this article can guide the direction for our lost cold region form architectural creation current situation,promote the benign development of the construction industry,and contribute to the social progress.
