Research On The Development Of Our Private Pension Service Industry

To accelerate the development of private pension service industry is an urgent need for economic and social development in China. Since 21st Century, with the increasing of population aging, the demand for pension service in our country has been increasing and showing the tendency of diversification. However, the family aged-supporting function is gradually weakened due to the miniaturization of the family structure, and because of the rigid system, the supply efficiency of the traditional pension services which are in charge of government is lower and lower. In this case, we need to seek a solution outside the family and government to meet the growing and diversified pension service needs of the elderly, that is to construct an increasingly perfect social service system for the aged and ensure the supply of pension service by the form of socialization and marketization. At the same time, the "new normal" of economy also provides great opportunities for the development of private pension service industry, which is urgently requires our country to promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, especially the development of modern service industry. Since Reform and Opening-up, our private pension service industry has gained a certain degree of development, which not only increases the supply of pension services, improves the level of pension services, but also promotes the economic growth. However, it still has many problems and its deepening development also has a lot of block, which need to be solved by taking effective measures. This article takes the Materialist Dialectics as the guidance, mainly uses the methods of literature research, typical analysis, empirical analysis and induction, starts with the development status of our private pension service industry, systematically analyzes its development course and achievements, existing problems, practice modes, the restriction factors of deepening development, experiences at home and abroad, etc. On the basis of above research, this article puts forward the basic ideas and measures of promoting the development of our private pension service industry to serve for our country's economic and social development.
